Greetings Brothers of the Eastern Region,

In accordance with Article III, Section 2.3 of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity –Constitution, the leadership of the Eastern Region announces the Eastern Region Convention of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated to be held June 13 th , 2020, online.

Registration is open on AlphaMX via www.my.apa1906.netand that will be the ONLY site where registrations will be accepted. ALL brothers must pre-register, in order, toattend the convention.

OnJune 5 th registration will close and all registered brothers will receive a link with the instructions on how to join the online convention. Please note we are requesting all chapters to send their delegate strength. There is no cost to register for this convention.

When you register please indicate if you are a chapter delegate. Below are instructions on how to register in AlphaMX and alsoas a separateattachment is the tentativeagenda.

As we go through these tough times we look forward to seeing you brothers virtually and execute the work of Alpha! We continue to be the College of Friendship, The University of Brotherly Love and the School for the Better Making of Men.

Login to AlphaMX and click the ‘Events’ tab:

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and view ‘Online Eastern Regional Convention’ –Click on ;Learn More and Register Now’

You will see the note on the convention, click ‘Register Online’

Select ‘Register Me; on the next page

Select if you are a college or Alumni Brother.

On the middle of the page if you are a delegate for your chapter click the check button. (IF you are not a delegate do not click it)

Scroll down and click ‘Next Step’

Select the sessions you wish to attend (please select your district for the Caucus}. You can choose any workshop you wish but only select one per scheduled time.

Click on ‘Next Step; on the bottom of the page.

Follow the steps to click all the way through to complete registration. Once done you will get an email confirming your registration and your workshops.
