May 20, 2020 Greetings Brothers of the Eastern Region, In accordance with Article III, Section 2.3 of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity – Constitution, the leadership of the Eastern Region announces the Eastern Region Convention of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated to be held June 13th, 2020, online. Registration is open on AlphaMX via www.my.apa1906.net and that will be the ONLY site where registrations will be accepted. ALL brothers must pre-register, in order, to attend the convention. On June 5th registration will close and all registered brothers will receive a link with the instructions on how to join the online convention. Please note we are requesting all chapters to send their delegate strength. There is no cost to register for this convention. When you register please indicate if you are a chapter delegate. Below are instructions on how to register in AlphaMX and also as a separate attachment is the tentative agenda. As we go through these tough times we look forward to seeing you brothers virtually and execute the work of Alpha!
