BOURBON STRAWBERRY ICED TEA

INGREDIENTS • 2 oz. Clyde May’s Bourbon Whiskey • 1 oz. Fresh lemon juice • 3-4 oz. Rich simple syrup • 2 Large fresh strawberries, cut into quarters

TOOLS OF THE TRADE • Jigger • Citrus Squeezer • Mixing Glass • Muddler • Strainer • Peeler • Collins Glass

RECIPE • Add the strawberries and lemon juice into a mixing glass and gently muddle. • Add the syrup and bourbon, fill the glass with ice, and shake until wellchilled. • Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. • Top with unsweetened iced tea. • Garnish with a mint sprig and skewered blueberries and strawberries.
