And PPDP is your own professional goals growth to rubbing up your present and future expectation career target. In this assignment we are going to draw a picture of our own personal desire goals plans which will be interconnected with our future professional plan path.
Concept of Personal Development Plan and Importunateness As we know that personal development plan is known as a plan of action. In personal development plan we are going to set up our own personal tasks, target, vision, mission, aims and objective of our life skills and develop the path line to reach the targeting point. As we mentioned that we have to discover our development path line to clarify our purpose of life. At this point of view we have to achieve a clear viewpoint about PDP concepts and its importunateness.
1st we have to know - what is a Personal development plan (PDP) is? Personal development plan is simply knowing yourself completely, from all your strengths and weaknesses, all your dreams and goals, and using all these to fill your life and lead you to greater heights. What do you want to do in the next five years? What do you want to accomplish in the next ten years? What is personal development? It is identifying what you should prioritize in life, and what dreams you should run after. And what is personal development, further? It is the use of your strengths to meet your goals, and the improvement on your weaknesses so that you can be better as a person. 2nd How I can draw the development structure planning path line and why I should have to do? The action plan will help you to envision what you are doing and help you to keep track of your achievements. If you want to develop yourself you have to try to manage your time and also always try to invest your day to get something for every day tasks. In this circumstance you should have to build a picture of the development plan. As we know that everyone have different learning skills, someone good at listening and someone good in writing , personal development plan will provide you right direction where you are going and what you already done, it's like a life path guider. However, you also have to step up your goals termination time, so you can manage your goals term short, medium and long term, depend on your visionary desire. Sometime you can find the project plan set up for over a 1 year period, other may last up to 10 years. (rapidbi.com [Online] (Cite May 12, 2008) Available from http://www.rapidbi.com/index.html) To draw out the picture of your personal development plan you have to find out the answer of three important questions: 1st where I am now? 2nd where do I want to be? And 3rd how can I get there? Or we can follow the career development plan action model. Let draw out one simple example of CPD by making connections of PDP:
Step 1 Goals: Describe your goalwhat is your plan in 6th month? Here we can use the smart plan model for as an example: We have to make a note that real goals are related to smart plans model. When you set up your goals do not give up do compromise. Be positive about your goals. In this reason you have to make at least 3 goals for you wish to achieve the target point. Step 2 Planned priorities: In this section you have to decide which goals is your first choice, which came first, do your work like climbing stairs steeply.
Figure 1 Smart Plan Model
Step 3 Reasons why: Searching the main reasons why you want to do this, find out the relation of your goals with desire, the answer will be like your soul support it or you think you have lots of experience on this goal or you have sufficient knowledge about your strategy. 3|P a ge
Step 4 Self Beliefs: Begin by reflecting on your life and life beliefs. What fundamental beliefs govern your actions and behaviors? What are the recurring themes in your life? What is your life purpose? Step 5 Involve other supports: In this part you need create a strong networking relationship with your friends, colleagues, relative and parents to reach your goals, reason by having strong networking it will be easier for you to find information and help from your external supporters. Step 6 Personal Responsibility: Be positive, be confident about your own decision and your own braveness. Step 7 Results: Measuring the overall results of your plan, are you reaching your destination deadline point on time.
My own personal development plans Most of us have lots of secretes imaginings and aspiration, or at least worn too, in this situation we supposed to use personal development plan models to assess our visionary dreams to realistic fields. In this case first I am going to use a simple example structure to create down my own personal development plan template: Personal Development plan: Step 1 Goal:
To become a university Lecturer for undergraduate students To become an educational consultant and create a practical and theoretical business management firm.
Specific area: • Educational sector
Measure:
Achievable:
•Target to reach the planning point in 3 years
•possibility 85% and 15% possibility to change the plan. As Thomas Rockson said “the more you are failure than more you are success". As I believe if I do not do any wrong things I am not able to learn lesson from my mistake
Realistice : •Important point is that making sure my self that I have the skills and abilities for performing my desire goals
Time Mark : •Reach to my destination termination line on time

Personal Development plan: Step 2 Planned priorities
1st To gain sufficient knowledge by attending courses , attend consultation meeting, conferences, Educational courses, internet and articles and creating strong consultancy conversation network teams by the support of friends, relative and colleagues. However I am also going to apply my knowledge process on my friends and junior students by providing free study discussing coaching,
Personal Development plan: Step 3 Reason
My soul, my belief and my mind strongly supporting me to build up a career in the educational sector. “I believe that you can keep your knowledge with always you have shared your ideas, thinks, dreams and image to another to create a new word. My main target is created on education center where we are going to provide a degree with real particle knowledge and make them able to beat the whole world by their own performance abilities, skills, and knowledge
Personal Development plan: Step 4 Self Beliefs
I am confident about my visionary. I believe that my soul strongly supporting me to concentrate on my mission. However, my parents, my education environment motivate me to do this task confidently
Personal Development plan: Step 5 Involve others or supporters
As I mentioned that my parents and my educational environment help me speed up confidence, beside this my friends, relatives, colleagues and customers, all of them are my supporter. As I am working for as a customer service advisor, I am trying to create a good and friendly relationship with my customer to achieve my goals.
Personal Development plan: Step 6 Personal responsibility
I am being positive about my confidence, I have good friendly warm characters which inspire me to stay be positive and make a strong bond relationship with everyone.
Personal Development plan: Step 7 Measuring the Results
In this part I am going to measure my whole learning rate scale by doing a SWOT analysis. As I mentioned that my targeting term period is 3 years, so I have to estimate my learning and gap knowledge skills by doing scaling rating and by doing back up record checking that did I improve, did I reach my goal levels and what’s the rating point, did I cross the 80% to 20% rule. The main things that I have to check my back record files with upgrade thinking methods.

SWOT analysis to evaluate my goal position “You cannot cross the visual but you can change the path” in this case SWOT analysis tools help you to modify your direction path. “Do not repeat the tactics which have gained you one victory, but let your methods be regulated by the infinite variety of circumstances- Sun Tzu, 500 BC. As we know that SWOT analysis is a general technique which can find suitable applications across diverse management functions and activities, but it is particularly appropriate to the early stages of strategic

and marketing planning. However SWOT analysis tools Figure 3 SWOT analysis help to create a good view point for PDP, especially measuring your goals strategy processing line access properly or not (Hodder & Stounghton Weakness : (1999), “Business ChecklistsStrengths: What could you improve? Marketing & Strategy”, Institute of What do you do well? Where do you have fewer management, page 6). However SWOT analysis is a two part analysis: 1st part looks at the Strengths and weakness of the personal development plan and is thus an internal analysis; and the second part considers the threats and opportunities facing the organizations from the external environment which are derived from the external analysis. The main aims of SWOT is it should be always be for strategies that build on strengths, minimize weakness, exploit opportunities and defend against threats (Roger Cartwright, MA (1999),
What unique resources, can you draw on?
resources than other?
What are others likely to see as weakness?
Opportunities: What good opportunities are open to you? What trends could you take advantage of?
Treats: What trends could harm you? What is your competition doing?
How can you turn your strengths into opportunities?
What treats do your weaknesses expose you to?

To achieve my goals aims I have to be more confident about my goals, and I must have to be compromised with my goals but not to give up. Negative and positive attitude will help me to rubbing my career path equally then at least I might be able to reach my break even target point.
