An investigator wants to find out the truth about the murderer of a young girl named Riana. There were two suspects, in this case, her cousin Danial and her neighbour Rumaisa. According to the statements, These three were close, and in most of the objects, they found Daniel's fingerprints, which proves that Daniel was there that night, leading the investigator to suspect Daniel, but why Rumaisa is a suspect? This was the most confusing part for the investigator as he found Rumaisa's fingerprints on the knob. Later, the investigator went to Raina's house to delve into and conjecture the situation, with all the evidence he had. He assumed that it was raining, there was no one home at 1.00 am, Daniel dropped Raina. He went inside with her. He intended to stay there that night due to the rapid rain. Both were warming their hands over the fire, and suddenly due to the strong wind, the fire went out, and a mirror collided with Raina's head and began to bleed. Raina screamed and immediately fainted due to bleeding. Daniel thought it was the best time to take revenge on her parents because Raina's parents were wealthy. Her grandfather gave his father more property than Daniel's father. His father never became a trusted son. He thought that by killing her, he would heal his family's wounds.
He took advantage of the opportunity and hit Raina on the head with a hockey stick. Blood splattered on his face, but he did not regret her. Instantly Rumaisa arrived, heard a noise from above, she ran and opened the door. She saw Daniel and Raina sitting on a chair drenched in blood. She breathed in fear from the fright, got dizzy, and fell to the ground. When Rumaisa fainted, Daniel dragged Raina away, leaving the bloodshed behind, and threw her out the window. When Rumaisa regained consciousness, she just saw Daniel sitting on the chair. Then she called the police. The researcher told the same situation to both of them. Daniel screamed and said, "no, no, how can I kill her? She was everything to me, I loved her, and then he started to cry", the investigator asked him, "what happen that night?" he said, "we were in the room, and the wind was blowing strong, a mirror hanging from the wall fell on his head and then when I turned around to look for the medicine cabinet, someone hit something in my head., and since then I don't remember anything, when I opened my eyes I was drenched in blood, and the police were there. The investigator saw pain and fear in her eyes and asked, "Was Rumaisa upset or disturbed with your relationship? Did he ever envy Raina?" He said, "Never special, but she feels bad when we get together and ignore her,
and before Raina's death at a club, she was agitated and jealous of her when Raina danced with me. She was very drunk, Intoxicated. She fought with Raina and said, "Stay away from him. He is mine, you witch". The next morning, she apologized, and we forgive her, that's all. Then the investigator asked Rumaisa; she said, "I think you're right, everything happened like you said when I was awake," The investigator asked, "Is there anyone else except the three of you?" She said, "I think no, I'm not sure." The investigator began collecting evidence against Rumaisa. Fifteen days later, He found out that Rumaisa was jealous of Raina, especially when Daniel was with her and the same night when she was at a party waiting for Daniel to join her, he didn't come; she tried to call him, he didn't answer her calls. So she went to Raina's house and heard a noise coming up the stairs. She ran and opened the door and saw that Daniel's head was constantly bleeding and Raina is holding a mirror covered in blood. She thought Raina hit his head in the mirror. In this misconception and anger, she hit Raina on the head with a hockey stick, dragged her, and threw her out of the window when Daniel fainted. He suspected that Rumaisa had killed Raina; now that the case is in the superior court,
with all the evidence, they found Rumaisa guilty, and through section 307, 506, and 302, she was imprisoned for 25 years. To her favour, she said: "I was alone, and I finally found true friends, but I became selfish and hated her for being around him; I was ignored all the time, I felt that there is a lot of difference between her and me, she is beautiful and modern, he will never love me, I lost my patience and that day I could not control myself... I'm sorry, forgive me if you can" Daniel screamed and said: "What do you think of yourself? In your jealousy, you took the life of an innocent; we were just friends like we were with you; you didn't even feel sorry for her and threw her out of the window. 25 years is not enough for you; you must be punished with the death penalty; you are disgusting."
