The oldest Unicorns live more than a century, though in fact, there may yet be some older. All Unicorns sense evil and they are always compelled to fight against it. In the past, many unicorns wandered in this world, but now, their numbers have begun to become smaller.
There are many types of Unicorns throughout the world. Each go by different names. Within these types, there are groups to which each belongs. Each has a certain and sworn duty.
In appearances the Unicorns horn is long and spiraled in nature. It attaches to the creature at the center of the forehead, and is long and tapered. The body of the unicorn may vary in shape or size, but the horn is always the same in structure and capabilities. Some unicorns in Persia have red horns, while those in the Far East often have black horns.
Unicorns come together for two great Gatherings a year. They often choose locations near water as their abilities are often magnified by the water’s properties. They are especially fond of waterfalls as Unicorns find it difficult to lower their heads to drink.
Unicorns secure their partners for life, usually finding a partner somewhere near their 25th year of life. Unicorns love laughter and are drawn to laughter that is freely offered.
