When Brett Nelson opened his family law rm in Flower Mound seven years ago, it was just him with a singular focus to provide value to his clients. He loved his practice and did not foresee that his o ce would grow larger than he and a handful of team members to help serve his clients and the community.

to do good work with a servant’s heart, their loyal client base continues to grow.

The Firm has grown from a couple of private

nine professionals, including three lawyers: Brett, Nancy Bouajram, and Ryan Thornhill. Their legal acumen, coupled with the fact that they uphold Brett’s philosophy on business and life, has enabled Nelson Law to grow with their clients’ needs while always providing solutions-minded legal advice.

“The Lord continues to bring people into my life that He wants me to utilize to serve Him,” Brett said. “Nancy and Ryan have unique life experiences issues that may not matter in the long run.”

Brett added that based on continued client referrals, “The clients keep coming, and I like to think it’s because they recognize they are getting value in their representation.”

Nelson Law was voted Best Family Law Firm and Civil Law Firm in this year’s Best of Denton County awards. Brett was voted Best Civil Attorney and Best Business Attorney. They continue to represent people in the areas of family law (divorce, child custody, spousal support, etc.), personal injury, civil litigation, and estate planning.

They are compassionate while focusing on clients’ needs and providing the best possible outcomes.

Brett says it’s all in a day’s work, and he’s blessed to be surrounded by the right team.
