BIZITAKO BONBAKETA Gernikako bonbaketaren lekukoek, bizitakoa kontatzen dute ikus-entzunezko edukien bitartez. Testigantzok garai desberdinetan jasotakoak dira: William Smallwood, “Egurtxiki”-k, 70. hamarkadan jasotakoak eta Gogorak, Memoriaren, Bizikidetzaren eta Giza Eskubideen Institutuak, 2018an jasotakoak batzen dira erakusketa honetan. EL BOMBARDEO CONTADO POR LAS PERSONAS QUE LO VIVIERON Los testigos del bombardeo de Gernika nos cuentan lo vivido a través de contenidos audiovisuales. En esta exposición se muestran testimonios recogidos en diferentes momentos: los recopilados por William Smallwood “Egurtxiki” en la década de los 70 y los recopilados en 2018 por Gogora, el Instituto de la Memoria, la Convivencia y los Derechos Humanos del Gobierno Vasco.

THE BOMBING NARRATED BY THE PEOPLE WHO LIVED IT The witnesses of the bombing of Gernika tell us what happened to them by audiovisual material. This exhibition shows testimonies collected at different historical moments, those compiled by William Smallwood “Egurtxiki” in the 70s and those compiled in 2018 by Gogora, the Institute for Remembrance, Coexistence and Human Rights. LE BOMBARDEMENT RACONTÉ PAR LES GENS QUI L’ONT VÉCU Les témoins du bombardement de Gernika nous racontent, à travers du contenu audiovisuel. Cette exposition présente des témoignages recueillis à différents moments de l’histoire, ceux compilés par W. Smallwood “Egurtxiki” dans les années 70 et ceux compilés en 2018 par Gogora, l’Institut de la Mémoire, la Cohabitation et de Droits de l´Homme.

Gernikako Bonbardeaketari buruzko Dokumentazio Zentrua, zerbitzu publiko bat da eta gaian interesaturiko pertsona orori zabaldutako ondarea dauka. Liburu, dokumentu, munduko artxibo ezberdinetako dokumentazioa, hemeroteka eta ikusentzunezko materialaz gain, Southworth fondoa azpimarratu beharrekoa da, Gernikako bonbardaketa, Espainiako Gerra Zibila eta frankismoa ikertzeko duen balio historikoagatik. Fondo honetaz gain Gernikako bonbardakaetaren testigantzak batzen dituen Southworth fondoa eta OarArteta fondoak ditu.
El Centro de Documen tación sobre el Bombardeo de Ge rnika, es un servicio público que pone a disposición de las personas interesadas su fondo documental compuesto de libros, documento s, documentos de arch ivos a nivel mundial, hemeroteca y material audiovisua l. Destaca el Fondo Sout hworth, de gran valor histórico para la investigación sobr e el bombardeo de Ge rnika, la Guerra Civil y el franquismo. Además existen otro s fondos como el fondo Egurtxiki, que recoge testimonios de supervivientes del bombardeo de Ge rnika y el fondo OarArteta. DOCUMENTATION CENTER ON THE BOMBING OF GERNIKA CENTRE DE DOCUMENTATION SUR LE BOMBARDEMENT DE GERNIKA
The Documentation Centre on the Bombing of Gernika, is a public service which has a collection made up of books, documents of archives from all around the world, newspapers and audiovisual material open to everyone interested in it. The Southworth collection is notable for its great historical value for research on the bombing of Guernica, the Spanish Civil War and the Franco regime. Apart from this collection, the documentation center has the Egurtxiki collection with testimonies of the survivors of the bombing and the Oar-Arteta collection. The documentation center covers the following areas: - Bombing of Gernika - Spanish Civil War - Exile Services: - Consultation of funds - Bibliographic Information - Data bases Activities: -Book presentations - Conferences, seminars and symposiums -Bibliographic exhibits
Le Centre de Documentation sur le bombadement de Gernika, est un service public spécialisé, qui met à la disposition de toutes personnes intéressées, ses ressources documentaires (livres, documents, journaux et matériel audiovisuel). Le fond Southworth est remarquable par sa valeur historique pour la recherche sur le bombardement de Gernika, la Guerre Civile espagnole et le régime de Franco.
