Quality at the visitor’s service

The Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum has renewed the Q for Quality Tourism seal based on the UNE302002 standard awarded by the Spanish Institute for Tourism Quality (ICTE), this being a seal of guarantee and consolidating the Museum’s levels of excellence. The quality maintained by the Museum grants the visitor a unique experience based on the institution’s recognition and prestige and valuing of the Public Service Policy. In addition, the certification is essential for improving the quality of the services of the visit while complementary activities in turn enrich it.
