Mid May 2018 Somebody rude suggested that the unsightly homeless make themselves scarce because posh benefit scrounging people that we have to pay for, were getting married. In turn, their lack of courtesy and conscience has given the nation;
The #RoyalBedding Weekend See Musicians Against Homelessness for details and your nearest #MAH2018 event. “Since we launched this project in 2016 I’ve been shocked to see the numbers of homeless on our streets rapidly increasing. “We’re living in an inhumane society where suffering is common place and solutions are not forthcoming. Thousands and thousands of people are homeless or living in abject poverty. We can't ignore this and hope that it goes away or fixes itself. “It’s a sad indictment of society that we’ve become so desensitised that so many will just walk past people who are literally dying on our streets. These people don’t have a place, or a voice.” (Alan McGee) This resonates on so many levels of the exBrit Brexit age. #royalbedding events are happening all across the land. Some of this vibe is at The Great Escape Festival during the biggest year for rising star, career potential guitar bands in YEARS. To be precise, be at The Alternative Escape. Despite the @AltEscape twitter not being touched since 2016, THIS is no second class quality affair, in fact, The Alt Escape iswhere the magic is going to happen.
@AltEscape 2018

Not a corporate kind of Music Tourist Board, then? This is working class powered, welcomes all people of all backgrounds from hippies to hipsters, but it’s also based in an austerity-lie stricken and gentrification abused age. It’s all about love and escapism. As you weren’t.
Once upon another time, New Cross Inn also had a boutique with a stage courtesy of Kate & Tristan (the latter now purveyor of the multi award winning Little Nan’s Bar). The creativity of these days included Rocklands Party (multi venue take over of New Cross and Deptford, 5 th May 2007) “24 Hour Glastonbury”, then hosting a monthly 14+ event, RAR! In Deptford Albany along the road (started in 2008 with Pendulum DJs, ended with Tinie Tempah in 2010, via Kate Tempest and many more). Music Tourist Board, in 2018, is recognised as a valid project. @MusicTourBoard
