COLIN CLYNE: At Whistlebinkies, Edinburgh. Folk singer/songwriter Colin Clyne was crowned the 'Best Acoustic Act' at the San Diego Music Awards in 2011 and 2012 and is now releasing his new single 'Merry Go Round' on 30 June from the album 'The Never Ending Pageant' out 21 July. Being released though Colin's hometown of Aberdeen’s label Fat Hippy Records, he's come quite a way from working on a ship with long stints at sea, which he used as good song writing inspiration! The album is filled with upbeat tracks with a hint of Americana from his time spent there during his work.

Celebrating the “Indigenous Commonwealth” Boomerang will explore links between Gaelic, Aboriginal and Maori cultures, through language, music and dance.
