HOLYROOD ROCKS National final. An all-day concert titled Holyrood Rocks 2015 will be staged at the Scottish Parliament. The event will involve a wide range of musicians from right across Scotland. Holyrood Rocks 2015 aims to encourage young people’s engagement in the political process, particularly among 16 and 17 year olds, who have been given the right to vote in Scottish Parliamentary and local elections.
