AnnA iGnAtoWicZ-GLiŃsKA ur. 26.05. 1968 w Warszawie. Studia kompozytorskie ukończyła w 1996 r w warszawskiej Akademii Muzycznej (obecnie Uniwersytet Muzyczny Fryderyka Chopina) w klasie Włodzimierza Kotońskiego; improwizacji fortepianowej uczyła się u Szábolcsa Esztényi. Jest laureatką m.in. Wyróżnienia i Nagrody Publiczności na VI Międzynarodowym Konkursie Kompozytorskim im. A. Pietrowa w Sankt Petersburgu (2012), oraz II Nagrody na VI Międzynarodowym Konkursie Kompozytorskim „Mikołowskich Dni Muzyki” (2013). Była stypendystką ZAiKS (1999, 2001, 2012), Ministerstwa Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego (2008, 2010) oraz Instytutu Muzyki i Tańca (2012-2013). Jest adiunktem w macierzystej uczelni, oraz członkiem Związku Kompozytorów Polskich i ZAiKS. Utwory A. Ignatowicz- Glińskiej wykonywane były na koncertach i festiwalach w Polsce i za granicą, nagrywane na płyty (DUX, AUDITE, MONS, Drumartica, Acte Prealable) i wydawane drukiem (NORSK, PWM Edition).
AnnA iGnAtoWicZ-GLiŃsKA, Polish composer, born on 26 May 1968 in Warsaw. She studied composition with Włodzimierz Kotoński at the Academy of Music in Warsaw (now Fryderyk Chopin University of Music), graduated in 1996. She also studied piano improvisation with Szábolcs Esztényi. Her pieces have been performed at concerts and festivals in Poland and abroad (e.g. in Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Russia, France, Switzerland, Denmark, USA, Latin America, China, Ukraine), recorded on albums (DUX, Audite, MONS, Drumartica, Acte Préalable) and published (NORSK Musikforlag, PWM Edition). She won awards and distinctions at composers’ competitions – such as the Audience Award and Distinction at the 6th International A. Petrov Competition (Sankt Petersburg, 2012) and the 2nd Award at the “Mikołów Days of Music” Competition (Mikołów, 2013). She won the scholarships of the Union of Authors and Stage Composers (1999, 2001, 2012), the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage (2008, 2010) and the Institute of Music and Dance (2012–13). She is an Assistant Professor (DMus) at her parent university, and a member of the Polish Composers’ Union, and the Union of Authors and Stage Composers (ZAiKS).
