H e l l o ! I am Muskan Batra, a fourth year B.Arch student. Quite adaptive in nature, I am a curious learner. One important thing I’ve learnt after coming into architecture is observing; seeing things for what they are and admiring their existence. It makes me understand how things work. I believe good architecture has the power to change the world. Throughout my undergraduate studies, I have developed an interest in researching a project and conducting its site analysis. Semester - VII Guide - Ar. Akshada Khatavkar Er. Hemant Jagtap Location: Pimpri-Chinchwad Area: 16.67 acre Brief: The site is located in an industrial area, adjacent to an existing residential project. The project aims to design a mixed-income group housing scheme for the proposed plot. The housing is designed for LIG, MIG, and HIG groups, and the units provided are 1BHK and 2BHK apartments, twin bungalows, and villas. Amenities include the clubhouse with swimming pool, the central open space and the jogging track.

Convention Centre

Semester - VIII Guide - Ar. Pratik Chougule Ar, Akshada Khatavkar

Location: Moshi, Pune Area: 11 . 40 acre Brief: The site is a part of the proposed project for Pune International Exhibition and Convention Centre, which is originally a total of 100 Ha plot, and is planned to have Convention Centre, Exhibition halls, Hotel, Helipads, etc. A convention centre of capacity 5000 delegates along with an exhibition hall and cafe were to be designed.

Working Drawing Semester - V Guide - Ar. Vinod Sorate Ar, Priyanka Barge

Location: Baramati Brief: The bungalow project designed in semester-III was taken up for working drawing in semester-V and was further resolved. Plans, sections, and elevations were detailed out along with construction details. The setting out along with the whole building was laid out, details of toilet block staircase were carried out. The project is an RCC structure with brick masonry with cement mortar. The Brick considered is 230mm x 115mm x 65mm for wall construction.

ANDC Entry, 2019 Group Entry

Location: Mhasobawadi Brief: Identification, analysis, documentation and presentation of minimum 5 elements of the social production of the habitat process in a selected village. Design of a section of the village that includes an integrated community/neighbourhood and at least one community element, using the identified elements of social production processes to give it a contemporary idiom and a modern look.
