WHO SHOULD ATTEND The course is aimed at legal practitioners, accountants, academics, Islamic jurists and Ulama and any other individual interested in Muslim Family Law. The participation of legal practitioners is clear in that they will be the professionals involved in the application of Muslim Personal Law. However, the course is equally important for accountants in that they are involved in the drafting of wills, trusts, partnership agreements and in the winding up of deceased estates.
