Denning, MD Department Administrator: Michael Blatt Marshall Pathology works collaboratively with other clinicians at area hospitals to evaluate your lab work and, with your doctor, determine the best course of treatment. The experienced pathologists at Marshall Health evaluate specimens at Cabell Huntington Hospital, St. Mary’s Medical Center, Pleasant Valley Hospital and Thomas Health System. In addition to serving patients at those facilities and at Marshall Health, Marshall Pathology provides services to other area facilities and physicians’ offices—accepting specimens or cases for diagnosis or consult.
