Some literally carry their wardrobes in their bag hence making them prone to suffering from the pinched nerve. Men also fall victim when thy carry their laptops and gym bags and also books for long periods of time. To avoid such complications, ditch out all the unnecessary things from your bags. yes, that toothbrush that carry in your bag is included in the list of unnecessary items. Buy smaller bags to avoid the temptation of stuffing your bags with things. Invest in a bag with wide straps and when carrying laptops, opt for backpacks instead of sling bags. When carrying sling bags, alternate the sides from one shoulder to the other so as not to strain one. Have a light day won’t you:-) By Stella Muthoni
