Session 1 TABLE 1 Iron Kingdoms - 3-5 players, Pre-Gen Characters GM: Eric Morgan Heave to and Prepare to be Boarded- The sun has just nestled below the horizon. Orange and crimson hues

cascade across the sky casting reflection on the water, illuminating the world. The hull of the Morning Star rocks in the wake. Three more days till she comes into port and then shore leave. As you settle into your evening duties of checking rigging and tidying the deck of the ship the bosons whistle blows twice. ―What the blag is going on now‖ curses Drix (a stalwart Gobber that heads your detail). A cry echoes out from the crows nest ―ALL HANDS TO THEIR POSTS, MAST ON THE STARBOARD HORIZON‖. Suddenly the deck of the Morning Star bustles with activity. Everyone rushes to their duties. Loading cannons, trimming the main sail, arranging arms and boarding claws. The old Skull and Crossbones is clapped to the main mast ready to be raised at the appropriate moment. Can you take the Merchant ship and all of it‘s cargo. Claim as much booty as you can before the ship sinks to see old hob.......

Occupational Hazard– After a long extermination campaign against the Xiticix, the Coalition has no interest in sending more of their own for the ―cleaning‖. Hence, you are hired to go into a Xiticix outpost and retrieve any and all technology and personnel. Of course, if there are any Xiticix left… Well, that would be considered an occupational hazard.

TABLE 3 Joe‘s Interaction - 2-8 players GM: Joe Alford 3 Wishes!!!- This is an interactive role playing game. It relies heavily on being in character and actual roleplaying. No dice required. Each player will start off the game with a ring of three wishes!!! And mayhem generally ensues.

Pre-Gen Characters available, Bring your own lvl 17 recommended Into the Abyss– The lantern light flickers, barely lighting the corners of the ―Three Fine Ladies Tavern‖. Boredom has overtaken you these past three months. Mediocrity, it seems, has settled into these lands. Not much work for a ―veteran traveler‖. Then it catches your eye, the scroll tacked to the back of the barroom wall. WANTED: Experienced Adventurers, 3-5 applicants needed for ―goods acquisition‖ expedition, 3,000 gp. For the month plus a share in company ―earnings‖. Never been a pirate before… So with nothing pressing on your agenda you wake in the morning, gather your things and head out to dock 4 where the Leviathan privateer vessel awaits you.

However, there is one time that these same individuals become nerve wracked, worrisome and downright studious. FINALS WEEK. And you thought cramming for finals seemed hard before! Let‘s see if you can survive!

Bump in the Night- Darkness washes over little Allison Crowe. The little girl lies drifting off to sleep in her bed. A breeze from the window catches the mobile of little faeries that hangs above her bed, causing them to dance and frolic. Her favorite teddy bear nestled under her arm lies ever watchful for monsters with little button eyes. The nightlight casts shadows all around her small but quaint bedroom. Her eyelids sag... and she finally drifts to sleep, dreaming dreams of fanciful things. However the princesses and puppies in her mind are far from the scene that is unfolding in her room. The wind picks up, the little faeries spin and whirl in a tornado of pink. A shadow coalesces in the window, then at the foot of her bed... and finally over the sleeping little angel...moving like a wisp of black smoke across her hardwood floor. Her dreams are suddenly cut short as the shadow envelopes her and, as quietly as it arrived, caries the child into the darkness of the streets of Sector 4............... As the newest investigative and extermination team for Logos, Logos & Brinks Daemon Specialists , you are being hired by the Crowe family to investigate and find the missing girl. What is going on OUTSIDE???? This year we have extended the convention to the South East Lawn (or the â&#x20AC;&#x2022;Basinâ&#x20AC;&#x2013;) of the Armory. Through out the day there will be demonstrations put on by two groups of fighters. First off AMTGUARD will be demonstrating a LARP style fighting that includes the use of foam weapons and performance garb. It is great fun and just a step away from table top gaming. They will be displaying their fighting style at 12:00, 2:00 and 4:00. In addition, we have asked the SCA (or Society for Creative Anachronism) to come in and demonstrate. The SCA is from a more reenactment point of view and use a bit more lethal weaponry and period garb. They will be displaying their fighting style at 1:00, 3:00 and 5:00. While attendees of GallowsCon will not be permitted to participate both groups will have representatives out to talk about how to get involved and what it takes to get onto the battlefield. Point of interest to gamers: Both of these groups take part in what is known as physical activity. This is an activity in which you get up out of your chair and move about (sometimes vigorously) and utilize your body to perform some task. We will also have several vendors outside under the tents. These will include Bull in a Bookshop and a few specialty vendors. We encourage you to go out and peruse their selections of goodies and watch the demonstrations!
