Great Western Manufacturing has been producing product protecon and producon siers for over 100 years. In this me, we have perfected siers for scalping, grading, and fines removal. Great Western equipment is trusted by companies in many industries including flour milling, corn milling, cereal processing, mix plants, bakeries, spice industries, confeconery, dried dairy products, pet foods, plascs, chemicals, and minerals.

Our siers are known for their quality crasmanship, reliable drives, and innovave features including pneumac sieve compression systems. All of our siers are easily disassembled, sieves removed, maintained, and reassembled in minutes without special tools.

“HS” Free Swinging Sier

The Great Western “HS” Sier is the most proven, dependable free swinging sier in the industry. It works best for applicaons with large screen area requirements and mulple separaons.

The machines are manufactured with two, four, six, or eight sieve compartments, with up to thirty sieves per compartment. Its design with no ledges or unsealed gaps, and dust-ght doors, assures sanitary operaon and easy cleaning.

Tru-Balance Siers

The Tru-Balance Drive straddles the sier's center of gravity and keeps the siing moon in the machine. It also transfers the gyratory moon to the top and boom drive components simultaneously. The gyratory moon, created by the unique drive mechanism, keeps fine material on the screen longer and imparts intense acon on the screen cleaners to keep most products from blinding or plugging screens.
