Modular Siers

Great Western's Modular Tru-Balance Sier is a simple and economical siing machine with reliable performance, operaonal flexibility, and exceponal sanitaon features; ideal when applicaon requirements do not dictate stainless steel construcon or complex separaons.

These siers are ideal for plascs, flour mills, cereal plants, and chemicals. They can make up to three separaons and ulize 4 to 9 sieves.

Stainless Steel Quality Assurance Siers

Together, the all stainless steel construcon, snap-on food grade gaskets, and li-out screen frames with glued-on screens, provide the opmum in siing performance, cleaner performance, and screen life in our Quality Assurance Siers.

These machines are sanitary, accessible, easily maintainable, and reliable. QA siers ensure incoming ingredients are manufactured, stored, and transported under sanitary condions.

QA In-Line Siers

Designed for direct inseron into pneumac conveying systems, these siers can eliminate the need for extra equipment. This simplifies your operaon and lowers sanitaon expenses.

Four sizes are customizable to meet your capacity and installaon needs. Its compact, space-saving design with light weight components enables quick and easy dismantlement for inspecon, maintenance, and cleaning.

QA Gravity Flow Siers

These siers are adaptable to a wide range of products, capacies, number of separaons, and screen sizes. Two models use from 3 to 9 sieves.

Each machine has 304 stainless steel sieve frames with laser cut internal components to ensure precision fit. Sieves are fabricated to minimize welding and do not contain bolted or riveted joints.

Stacked Screen Advantages

Our stacked screens are space-saving and easier to handle, change, and store than larger single decks screens. The mulple screens allow you to proporon the siing surface to specific screen meshes for highly efficient grading of materials and effecve use of the enre sier

With our variety of siers, we have a range of materials for our sieve frames and screen trays. We fabricate sieves for our siers inhouse, as well as most stack type siers in North American and European sizes.
