BEFORE

TICKETS

We provide one ticket per agency. Additionally, we have extra tickets available for inviting key clients; however, it is important that these are coordinated with us, as availability is limited. Please inform your contact person when you need a ticket, as it must be ordered in the system and properly registered to ensure we maintain an overview.

Invitation for guests, stakeholders, and clients is ready and can be found here The invitation will be sent to all newsletter subscribers and shared on social media platforms.

INTRO MEETING

Thursday, January 9, 2025

Introductory meeting to cover key points and essential information, ensuring everyone is well-prepared for the fair. Meet the Muubs team attending the fair, get an introduction to our image bank etc. Your presence is expected.

DURING

POLICY

The stand is reserved exclusively for sales meetings and customer engagement; it is not intended as a workspace. Therefore, personal work or responding to emails on a computer og tablets should be conducted at a café or other location outside the stand. Personal clean-up is expected after meetings or other activities. All products should be returned to their designated places after display or use.

PRESENCE

Presence at the stand is encouraged each day, with a focus on registering new customers in the system, processing orders, and securing pre-payments. In addition, collaboration is key to building a positive and supportive team dynamic.

OUTERWEAR AND LUGGAGE

All outerwear should be placed in the storage room. Luggage is not permitted at the stand and must be left in the wardrobe at the entrance.

DRESS CODE

There is no formal dress code. Smart and suitable clothes is expected. Name tags must be worn at the stand –we will provide them.

INTERNET

We have secured internet access and provided dedicated routers at the stand. The Wi-Fi password will be available at the stand during the fair.

ORDERS AND SALE

Orders can be placed using iPads or personal computers or tablets. Daily sales data and order volumes will be tracked. Payments can be made at the stand. A discount is offered for payments processed onsite during the trade show. A price list for all currency groups will be available at the stand.

DURING

BUSINESS CARDS

Business cards must be available at the stand. Please leave a box at the bar so your business cards can be distributed in your absence.

PRESS KIT

Small postcards will be available for distribution to all visitors and press representatives. The press kit includes information about Muubs, the SS25 press material and our SS25 catalogue.

IMAGE BANK

Everyone at the stand will get access to our image bank.

TOTE BAGS

Tote bags are available at the stand. They will only be distributed to guests with long-term visits at the stand in connection with meetings, orders, or similar activities. Each person will have a designated number of tote bags available per day, which can be given to customers or others with interest or value. The number of tote bags available will be provided at the introductory meeting (see page 4).

CATALOUGE

Our new SS25 catalogs will be available at the stand for distribution to all interested guests.

BEVERAGES AND SWEETS

The following refreshments will be available for distribution at the stand:

• Coffee

• Sparkling wine

• Water and sparkling water

• Beer

• Sweets for meetings and distribution

AFTER

FOLLOW-UP

Follow-up will be conducted for all orders and new customers to ensure proper processing and engagement.

EVALUATION AND FEEDBACK

An evaluation and feedback session will take place after the fair. An evaluation email will be sent to review the stands performance and gather insights for future improvements.

THANK YOU FOR VISITING

Our “Thank you for visiting” material will be sent to newsletter subscribers, shared on social media, and included in our email signature. The material will be available to everyone after the fair.
