PAYMENT TERMS:
• The Naked Bee accepts all major credit cards as form of payment. For security purposes, The Naked Bee does not keep credit card information on file.
• To be considered for Net 30 terms, the customer must send a request to customerservice@nakedbee.bz. All credit approval is at the sole discretion of Naked Bee.
SHIPPING:
• FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all minimum orders in the contiguous United States! Carrier shipping at discretion of Naked Bee FOB Fall Branch, TN 37656.
• For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and all US territories, shipping will be capped at 10% of the total order.
• International retailers will be charged shipping – we encourage international retailers to request a shipping quote from our customer service team.
MINIMUMS:
• $200 Opening Order / $200 Reorder
BACKORDERS:
• Backorders will be held for 90 days. If order is not shipped within this period, it may be canceled without notice.
• Backorders will be shipped without notification unless a cancellation date was provided on original order. Payment method at the time of original order will be charged once order is ready to ship. Please note that backorders will not be shipped until payment processing has been completed.
• We will never charge shipping for backorders.
• Orders received for new products that have not yet begun shipping will automatically have a backorder created regardless of instructions on order.
DISPLAYS:
• Customer has the choice to pay for display and receive offset OR meet minimum product purchase to qualify for a free display piece.
• A maximum of 1 free display type allowed per customer, per location. Must be requested at time of order, free items will not be automatically applied to order - cannot request for previously placed orders.
• Free displays can be combined with other promotions provided that order reached the qualifying amount.
TESTERS/SAMPLES:
• 1 free tester for every $200 of product purchased.
• 1 free case of lotion samples per $400 order.
• EXAMPLES: $200 = 1 free tester, $400 order = 2 free testers OR 1 free case of lotion samples, $600 order = 3 free testers OR 1 free tester and 1 free case of lotion samples.
• Free tester and samples must be requested at time of order, free items will not be automatically applied to ordercannot request for previously placed orders.
• Free testers/samples can be combined with other promotions provided that order reached the qualifying amount.
RETURNS/CLAIMS:
• Naked Bee accepts emailed claims for products damaged before/during shipment.
• Claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of shipment to customerservice@nakedbee.bz & pre-authorized by a Naked Bee customer service representative before a credit will be issued.
MAP POLICY:
• The Naked Bee reserves the right to refuse shipments to retailers who have sold, or sell, our products below suggested MSRP as listed in the catalog.
AMAZON RESELLERS:
• The Naked Bee prohibits third-party Amazon resale.
• The Naked Bee reserves the right to hold and or cancel any order suspected of violation.
• The Naked Bee requires all retailers to sign a Terms & Conditions document verifying that our products are not to be sold on Amazon before product will be shipped.
• The Naked Bee reserves the right to pursue legal action against retailers violating this policy.
