Order Requirements - Minimum First Order - $500 Wholesale.
Minimum Reorder - $300 wholesale, any orders less than $300 will be subject to a surcharge when shipped.
Payment Terms - All major credit cards accepted and billed at time of shipment. Payment by credit card after ship date incurs a 3% service charge. To apply for Net 30 day terms, customer must be established for six months and request a credit application.
MAP Policy - Minimum advertised price for all World’s Softest® socks cannot be less than 25% of the MSRP listed on the price list in this catalog. This discounted advertised price must be approved by World’s Softest® and is limited to three separate calendar weeks a year.
Order Changes & Cancellations - Order changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by our sales rep or cutomer service department 21 days prior to the ship date. If any order must be canceled within this time frame the below retocking fee will be applied to the entire order.
Restocking Fee - Crescent Sock Co. will charge a 15% restocking fee, as well as related shipping costs on all refused orders or unauthorized returns. Returns or defects must be handled or reported with in 30 days from time of receipt.
Backorders - Our goal is to have a fully stocked warehouse, but we cannot guarantee that every item will be in stock at all times. Items not in stock will not be back ordered. stock is continuously replensihed throughout the season, so check with your rep for the next avaialbe ship date. .
Sales Channels - The retailer must stock and sell the goods on their own premises and ONLY on their own website. Third party marketplaces and other internet sales MUST be approved by Crescent Sock Company®.
Shipping - all orders are shipped FOB Niota, TN. Any special shipping requirements must be noted on the order when placed.
Free Fixture - Fixtures are only available during December - February (Prebook) with a single $2200 order while supplies last. Fixtures will ship when your prebooked order of $2200 ships.
Free Headers - Headers are only available during December - February (Prebook) with a single $1000 order while supplies last. Headers will ship when your prebooked order of $1000 ships.
