A hurricane happens in any state that has a coastline and has hot, tropical oceans. And it can be on either side of the equator.

A hurricane is a huge, tropical cyclone. It has raging winds and causes thunder and lightning. Plus, it also has a safe zone, the eye in the middle.


What is the Climate for a Hurricane? The climate for a Hurricane is tropical. It is mostly in the summer season. Low pressure and air rush together to make a hurricane.
