ARE YOU READY TO TALK ABOUT INTERENT SAFETY WITH SPONGEBOB AND FRIENDS?

Patrick was about to play a game on the internet when a form came up asking for his address. Patrick got scared. What should he do? He should not give that person his address.

Patrick was on the computer but this time he was writing someone. The person said some very rude things. It really hurt Patrick’s feelings. What should he do? He should tell his parents what that person said to him.

Spongebob was talking to one of his friends when they asked for a picture of him. What should he do? He should never send someone a picture of him unless he gets the okay from his parents.

Spongebob had been talking to the same person for awhile. The person asked him if he wanted to hang out in person. Spongebob was happy and scared. What should he do? He should not meet that person unless his parents say yes and they go with him.

Plankton was talking to a friend when they asked him for his password. He remembered that Spongebob told him not to. What should he do? He should not give his password to ANYONE!

Sandy was on the internet when she met a girl who said they were 10 ten years old. Sandy thought she was okay but did not know if she should believe them or not. What should she do? She should never believe what people say on the internet.

So what have we learned today? •Never give out your address or other personal things to anyone. •Tell your parents if someone makes you scared. •Never send pictures of you to people without asking your parents first. • never give out passwords. •And never believe what someone on the internet tells you.
