JOB DESCRIPTIONS


Dear Applicant, The AIESEC week is the first of its kind to be held in Kenyatta University. AIESEC week is aimed at equipping both AIESEC and nonAIESEC members with the right knowledge, skills and attitudes for braving the future through a week long involvement by corporates, AIESEC Alumni, the BOA and many more. This conference will bring together a large network of stakeholders and students within and without Kenyatta University. EB Subzero seeks to use this platform to give her members an intense, challenging but fulfilling leadership development experience as organizing committee members of AIESEC Week. This 14 member team will bring into reality the LC’s dream of hosting a successful AIESEC week.

Filling this application is your first step in committing to a project that will work together for the next 5 weeks towards an unforgettable experience. I am pleased that you want to be part of this and that you want to work hard, to strive for excellence, to create an impact and to have lots of fun in this practical team experience. This application package consists of the job descriptions for the various OC roles. All members of AIESEC in Kenyatta University are eligible to apply for a role on this OC. Members of the OC are expected to be physically present to work in the months of February and March. All applications should be filled and submitted before the deadline; 22nd February 2016 All applications that are submitted after 6:00pm or 18:00GMT +3 will be rejected.

Managing and tracking the OC team to deliver results. Liason between the LCEB, Committee managers and OC Team Design with team action plan and strategies for AIESEC Week Set timelines and deliverables for the team. Ensure compliance of team to action plan. Submit event report after the event.

Development of selling materials and OC products. Ensure the selling of the event to AIESEC partners. Creation and track of pool of companies to be approached. Fundraising and in-kind raising. Ensuring the income part of the budget. Parners servicing. Strong liason with LCVP BD.
