BOSS
I am SGT Camisha Munroe. I’ve been the Hawaii BOSS President for 3 months and have seen a significant evolution and growth of team BOSS in this short time. The most noteworthy is in community service, one of the three key pillars of BOSS. BOSS Single Soldiers have accumulated over 400 volunteer hours at such meaningful programs such as the VA hospital, Access Surf, Health & Fitness Reverse Triathlon and the Fitness Resolution EXPO just to name a few. Our newest BOSS project is the restoration of the sand volleyball court at the Tropics Recreation Center. Every other weekend, BOSS Soldiers volunteer and clear weeds to restore the sand volleyball courts for our Soldiers to enjoy. The vision is to reinstate the volley ball court by June 2019. In April, we have several volunteer activities and recreation and leisure events which are free to all single Soldiers, single parents and unaccompanied Soldiers/geographical bachelors. Please get aboard and join the new Team BOSS initiative. Contact me or your BOSS representative and join in on the fun!
