What you need: nacho cheese (from a can or homemade), 2 large bags of tortilla chips, 2 pounds of ground beef (cooked and seasoned), 1 jar of salsa, 3 or 4 tomatoes (chopped), 1 jar of jalapeno slices, 2 bunches of green onions (sliced), 16 ounce of sour cream, 2 - 3 small cans of sliced black olives, 1 - 2 cans of black beans drained, guacamole (store brought or homemade). What you do: Put the nacho cheese into a slow cooker on high, put the ground beef in a small slow cooker on low (or a pan with a lid). Crock Pot Chicken Wings What you need: 3 pounds of frozen chicken wings, salt & pepper to taste, 1 bottle of spicy BBQ sauce, 1/2 cup of pineapple preserves, hot sauce (optional). What you do: Place frozen wings into the slow cooker, season with salt & pepper, then cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Drain the liquid, then add the wings back into the crockpot. Stir together, add the BBQ sauce with pineapple preserves, then pour the mixture over the wings. Gently stir to coat wings in the sauce, cover and cook on low for another 15 - 20 minutes. Then serve!
