Organization Point of Contact (OPOC) VMIS Management:

Required training course for those individuals who have been appointed VMIS OPOCs for their organization. MILITARY CHILD SPOTLIGHT

Sienna has been involved with the AMR Middle School and Teen Program for three years.

She participated in the Torch Club, 4H Cooking and Photography Clubs and Boys and Girls Smart Girls Program. Her passion is painting; her paintings can be found at our AMR Boys and Girls Club Fine Arts Exhibit. Sienna also taught children and their families painting techniques at the AMR School Age Center Family Night. Sienna was recognized for the 4H Post to Boast contest where she created a poster depicting her involvement with the 4H Service Learning projects and participated in the 4H Mentorship program at the University of Hawaii. Sienna finds time to serve as the EDGE basketball program manager, babysit children and work at a Bubble Tea store. Sienna will also represent AMR Youth Center as a Pacific Youth Leadership Forum delegate this summer in Korea.

Stand up Paddle Boarding/ Kayak

Learn to surf like a Local with Outdoor Recreation! Come join Outdoor Rec. on the south shores of Oahu at White Plains. This is a great beginner location for all ages. We will provide the transportation, equipment, and instruction. All you need to bring is water, snacks, and sunscreen. Must be a proficient swimmer and able to tread water for at least 6 min and swim 200 yards. $59 per person. July 9 • 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Come enjoy a Stand Up or Kayak paddle with Outdoor Recreation as we cruise the Anahulu River on the North Shore of Oahu and other various beaches around the island! These locations are great for the whole family and usually have many opportunities for turtle spotting. Don’t know how to SUP or Kayak, we can teach you! Outdoor Recreation will provide the transportation (up to 12 people), equipment, and instruction. PFD’s are required. All you need to bring is water, snacks, and sunscreen. $59 per person.
