Grown Up & Child
Find something for each member of your family
For parents with young children, starting at birth, we offer developmental playgroups, parent-child classes, and enrichment. Swim lessons start at six months of age.
Preschool Aged, 2.6-5
At this age, children can enjoy music, arts and crafts, cooking, and kindergarten readiness skills like counting and recognizing letters. They can sample a variety of sports like gymnastics, tumbling, soccer, basketball, dance, and ninjas! Your child will build physical and social emotional skills like teamwork, learn the fundamentals, and have fun!
School Aged, 5-13
Classes kick it up a notch as children explore their interests in fitness, sports, martial arts, adventure, and more! From the Kid Chef After School Series and archery at the Outdoor Center, to sports leagues at the Framingham Branch, your child will develop skills and confidence under the guidance of professionals who believe in their potential!
Teens
Teens have the freedom to exercise in the Wellness Center, take a class, play pick-up basketball in the gymnasium, or visit the Teen Center at the Framingham Branch to talk with friends, play games, or work on homework. At the Outdoor Center, teens can try the zip line, ropes course, geocaching, orienteering, cooking, and more. We also offer lifeguard and counselor training and a Changemaker Academy leadership and workforce development program that has placed many teens in paid positions at the Y.

Community Campout and Lunar Carnival - Saturday, September 21 & Sunday, September 22
For new and experienced campers alike, come join us for some field-based camping! We will be demonstrating/teaching tent site selection/set-up, have some backyard games available along with geocaching/orienteering, and cover campfire prep w/ outdoor cooking for dinner! After-dinner activities will include S’mores of course, along with some celestial stargazing utilizing the Skyview app loaded onto an iPad, and our resident telescope to check out features of the moon. Tents, sleeping bags, and ground pads available on a limited basis.
