CMRC Ontario Hi Point Series Round 5 of the CMRC Ontario Hi Point Series takes place this Sunday June 3 at Motopark. Saturday practice hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the main track and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the mini track. Then the Black Dirt gets all groomed up for Sunday’s Race. The park is open regular hours 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday and Monday. Practice rates are $35 per day, no Motopark membership required for CMRC licence holders on Saturday June 2. Early registration will take place in the Pro Shop from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday night. Regular registration in the pro shop from 7:00 to 8:30 Sunday morning. Compulsory Riders meeting on the west side of the Snack Bar at 8:45 Sunday morning. Practice starts at 9 a.m. No motorcycles started between 7 p.m. Saturday night and 9 a.m. Sunday morning. Entry fees $30 for the first and second class, $15 for a third class includes HST. Gate Admission is $10 for Adults, $7 under 12, Under 5 free. regular campsites are available at $20 per night. No campfires this weekend because of a fire ban due to the dry conditions. The main gate is open 24 hours. No one will be allowed into the main pit area between the hours of 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. Vehicles arriving during those hours will be staged in the overflow area. Please shut generators off at 11 p.m. There are no ATV classes this weekend. Motopark is looking to hold a race day for ATV’s later in the season. We have a great Vendors area for this weekend with all kinds of special deals for riders and their families. Zeb and his hommies have completely revamped the BMX pump track and it’s going to be a busy place. A reminder to parents and riders, helmets must be worn and done up properly to participate on the track. No pit bikes are allowed at Motopark on race days. Golf karts driven by licenced adults only. Racers, do not ride your race bikes up to check results or to use the washroom. Bikes may be ridden to the start line provided your going slowly. The Off Road Café will be open throughout the weekend serving up some great Moto food for riders and their guests, you’ll love the menu. Don’t forget the Steak or Chicken barbeque Saturday night at 6 p.m. Pick up your ticket during the day Saturday to make sure you get your meal.
