Pink salt is created from the mass evaporation of seawater landlocked by layers of mountains, resulting in one of the purest salts in the world.
HSC Pink Himalayan Salt is ‘red grade’ quality, meaning there are more dark pink salt grains to light. The darker the grain, the higher trace mineral content found within (calcium, potassium, magnesium etc). Free from food additives and anti-caking agents commonly found in regular table salt, pink salt is hand mined and sorted to ensure only the most premium grains make it into a HSC bag.
Available in 3 grain sizes for refillable grinders (coarse), cooking (medium) and general home dining & entertaining (fine).
