The Community News reviews the year that was for St. Charles County Looking back, 2016 was an eventful year here in St. Charles County. Before we flip the calendar to 2017, we at the Community News thought it would be a good time to look back at what transpired over the past 12 months. We have collected the highlights and remember all of the difference-makers in our community in 2016.
