The Meadows at Lake Saint Louis is ready to showcase what will surely become a staple every time those sleigh bells start jing-a-ling, ring ting ting-ating too. The new and improved ice rink is the cornerstone of the Meadows at Lake Saint Louis Winterfest. This year the ice rink is bigger and broader at 80-feet by 150-feet and will mesh perfectly with the outdoor activities underneath the vibrant, holiday lights. Already a popular shopping destination in St. Charles County, the Meadows will be even more festive when Winterfest opens Nov. 13 and runs until Feb. 15, 2016. “Last year, it was almost a last-minute idea to get the ice rink here,” Jae Marbury, marketing manager with CRBE, said. “We wanted to do it again but make it become a more permanent fixture for the Meadows.” After nearly a month of around the clock setting up, the ice rink is ready
