C3 RENTAL ASSISTANCE & CANDIDATE TOUR SERVICES SERVING THE FORT COLLINS AND THE DENVER METROPOLITAN AREA

We are here to make the entire process easier for you and the family. The sooner they can find suitable housing and fall in love with the area, the faster they can get settled and on the job helping your client meet their hiring goals.

These Services are priced at Full and Half Day Tours.
Full and Half Day Rental Assistance Tours
$750 Full Day/$450 Half Day
Full day consists of 6 hours and a half day is 3 hours with a licensed Rental Team Agent representative who will show communities and housing that meet the criteria that fits their specifications from their needs assessment. It will include private showings of properties that have been previewed by the agent and local points of interest such as schools, shopping, and entertainment venues that are based on their requests.
Candidate and Area Tours:
$750 Full Day/$450 Half Day
This tour is offered at a full day tour of 6 hours and a half day of 3 hours. This tour is designed for candidates or recruits to explore the area to see if the area is a fit for them prior to committing to relocate. They will be shown representative housing and various community services and points of interest that meet their requirements. We know it is important that they can see themselves living in these communities so they will accept the job offer.

Working in real estate since 2006, Terri Broussard has gained a vast amount of knowledge in all aspects of the relocation and real estate industry. Terri worked as a Relocation Director for 12 years at a Coldwell Banker franchise in New Mexico before transferring her experience to the C3 Real Estate Solutions team in northern Colorado.
With an expansive background in relocation, she was ready to broaden her contract experience by taking on a new role as Compliance Manager for C3’s Compliance department in 2021. This experience has prepared her to ensure all relocation transactions are compliant and accurate protecting the corporation, relocation management company and the transferee. She was recently appointed Relocation Director for C3 Real Estate Solutions as part of the leadership team to deliver the finest relocation services available in the area.
While Terri enjoyed working in compliance, she missed relocation and the opportunity to help people at a time when they need the guidance of someone who can understand and empathize with them. Terri loves the relocation industry and has carefully selected her agent team. She ensures they are trained in the most up to date processes and issues in mobility today. She wants to make the process easier for all the stakeholders involved in a relocation.
She holds a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation through the Worldwide ERC. She has a Colorado real estate license and has completed intensive relocation training through multiple relocation companies. She is also a proud member of Relocation Director’s Council.
Terri currently lives in the Fort Collins area and has one daughter. She is originally from Louisiana, but moved to New Mexico when she was 16 years old with her family. Since her move to Northern Colorado, she loves to hit a Rockies game and explore all the things to do in the area. Terri loves road trips and anywhere with a palm tree.
