Principal Desk = $20,000 cap

Principal Mobile = $18,000 cap

All Contracts & Closings to go through Principal Broker Associate

Designed for 1 Principal Broker Associate and one or more assistant(s)/support position

ASSISTANT/SUPPORT POSITION

Licensed Assistant = $8,000 cap (to be paid by the Principal Broker Associate)

Unlicensed Assistant = Free

Additional fees may be assessed if assistant requires a desk

Must be approved and documented by Management

REFERRAL BROKER SPLIT

$500 Per Side Fee

the 13 week Launch Program. Upon Completion of the Launch Program the agent will convert automatically to a 70/30 split.

C3 Real Estate Solutions will pay your Mentor for their time and leadership for your first 4 transactions. Agents on the Launch Program must agree to and satisfy the requirements outlined in the Launch Contract (i.e. attendance, participation, meetings, floor, open houses, etc.)

*Agent will receive $500 on the first two transactions to reimburse the $1,000 one-time fee

COMPANY SPLIT PROCEDURE

5% Transaction Fee on every transaction, including referrals and BPOs, up to $250,000 GCI. After $250,000 GCI, the Transaction Fee shall be reduced to 3% per transaction. This fee is ongoing and will continue after “cap” has been met. We are not a franchise which allows us the ability to capitalize on every dollar earned. Our company and agents see an immediate return from this fee. This transaction fee covers company branding and marketing plus donations and contributions to many non-profit organizations and community activities. It is our focus, goal, and duty to help you earn more than $66,000 in GCI per year. The transaction fee reduces to 1% after $750,000 in GCI.

BROKER OPERATIONS SPECIALIST – These staff members are direct support for our Brokers. Tasks include, but are not limited to, entering properties into the MLS, coordinating marketing materials such as brochures and postcards, generating QR codes and virtual tours for listings, assisting with Back At You – Social Bay, ordering photos and measurements, preparing contract prep packets and table displays, printing, binding, showing support, mailing support, and general office support etc.
