Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork?
My artwork draws inspiration from the vibrant and dynamic essence of New York City, particularly its In this piece, I sought to evoke the atmosphere of late 90s and early 2000s concerts. It reflects the inner and outer explorations of youth during a time when electronic and punk rock music were revolutionizing society. The young figure seems lost in a hopeful moment, poised on the brink of life, listening to the revolution happening within and around her.

Artist Statement
My art explores the themes of coexistence and integration, delving into our interconnectedness with technology and nature. It examines the delicate balance within this relationship, seeking to uncover its darker, more melancholic aspects. I use collage to compose seemingly unrelated elements: black and white portraits, geometric and organic patterns, and pink strokes. These elements exist both separately and together, mirroring how our identities fragment across the digital and physical realms, between the visible and hidden, the past and present. My work aims to emphasize how our presence is a synthesis of independent moments in time and space.
My artistic influences span across various mediums, including poetry, photography, and visual art. Charles Baudelaire's poetry, Francesca Woodman's photography, and Mimmo Rotella's decollage art have profoundly shaped my creative vision and practice. My architectural background and love of nature clearly influenced my art. Modern and traditional Japanese architecture had a strong impact on my vision, with architect Kengo Kuma being my first source of inspiration.

Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork?
In this artwork, I aimed for minimalism while maintaining my aesthetic and mood. The portrait is more refined compared to my usual works, with collage elements reduced to a minimum. This approach reveals a certain elegance and intimacy. The close-up creates a deeper connection with the fragmented identity of the model portrayed.

This artwork is one of my most significant. The model’s slightly bent head creates a delicate movement that drives the composition, and her eyes capture a unique coexistence of sadness and persistence. It is a collage within a collage. She seems on the verge of speaking, but her words transform into visual art. The vertical and horizontal pink glitches draw attention to her expression, resembling digital tears and adding a profound beauty to the portrait.

Sayuri resonates with the passage of time and the ebb and flow of memories—some she longs to remember, others she wishes to forget. Her multifaceted identity adds a touch of color to her hair, creating a fragmented togetherness. She embodies digitality, with her contrasting identities forming digital images that reflect a contradictory self. She is what she was, what persists, and what is forgotten.

Androgenic beauty, Allie, embodies both gentleness and strength, delicacy and edge. Her identity is a metaphor for a collage, with the collage work naturally extending her soul and externalizing her mood. The pink strokes and flower patterns harmonize with the geometric lines, reflecting her unity. In Allie, coexistence is so perfectly achieved that it becomes uniqueness.

In the celestial theater, the curtains of understanding parted, revealing the cosmic symphony where truth and wisdom entwined in an eternal ballet.

In my work, I strive to capture the delicate balance of something as temperamental as life. I often blend elements of nature and flowers with skeletons or decaying individuals, creating a unique synergy that reminds the viewer of the beautiful dance between death and rebirth of beauty.
My creative journey is a testament to the idea that art knows no boundaries, transcending the conventional and merging with the digital landscape. Art has transcended the confines of traditional frames on walls and is now evolving into a profoundly interactive experience. Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork?
Restore 2.0, the sequel to 'Restore,' delves deeper into personal restoration, drawing inspiration from 'Kintsugi,' the Japanese art of repairing broken ceramics with precious metals. In the depths of life's trials, there come moments when one feels utterly shattered, enveloped in anxiety, stripped of joy and peace. But shall we allow ourselves to remain broken? Let us learn to gather the pieces of our once whole selves; act, and refuse to linger in ruin. With determination and resilience, let us utilize the inherent strength within our hearts, akin to precious gold, to reconstruct our shattered beings. For even in times of despair and brokenness, there is hope and support available from our one true Father to help us heal and restore.

Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork?
God Hand is a collaboration artwork with Dave Lock. It dissertates the near-omnipotent nature of art and how it has become a language that transcends time and the cultural pillars of different generations. Aesthetically, the artwork shows gestural mastications of form and structure, suggesting an intensified state of emotional freedom. In concept, the painting discusses the ability of art to transform human perception, from situations as simple as healing a broken heart, to conquering the world by giving face to different gods and elements of worship. It's purpose is one that defies classification, as its maker can only do so much. It all boils down to how people would interpret it; be it a weapon, a comforting embrace, or an elixir of eternity.

Teresa Wells
Artist Bio
I obtained a first class honours degree in Fine Art from Nottingham Trent University, 1996, and undertook postgraduate studies at Loughborough University, where my tutors included John Atkin FRBS and Dan Archer FRBS.
I have worked on large-scale sculptures 4 meters high and at a more intimate scale 30 cm in mixed media. My early sculptures were constructed from mild steel, using a variety of ready-made fixings such as nuts, bolts and silk ribbon. The materials were used metaphorically as I made vessels. These expressions of the body conveyed the relationship between our inner and outer selves, strength and fragility, the hidden and vulnerable. The fascination with contradictions emerged from learning about cultural practices; studies by anthropologists such as Nigel Barley (Smashing Pots), and Mary Douglas (Purity and Danger) and the zoologist Desmond Morris (Man Watching).
Trained originally as an illustrator, I work in a Baroque style. Influenced by Bernini, Anthony Gormley, Phillip King, Cathy de Monchaux, and Grayson Perry. Currently working in bronze I like to place figurative forms in precarious positions using strong geometric steel shapes as supports.
A multi award-winning sculptor (‘Mind Body Spirit’ International Art – Competition.net, Best in show, APT Deptford 2015, Nominated by Richard Deacon CBE, Silver Gilt Award at Chelsea Flower Show 2022 and Gold at Blenheim 2021), I sell through various gallery platforms in the UK and USA, with work in the permanent collection of The Robert T Webb Sculpture Park, Georgia, USA.
I work to commission with clients including Juliet Sargeant, Blue Peter, BBC1 and Netflix, Stonewater Housing, AK designs, Best and Lloyd Lighting Design Ltd. and various private clients.
Press includes: Portobello Radio April 2023, BBC coverage of Arthur for Blue Peter Garden 2022, The Times Newspaper May 2022, I Weekend June 2021; BBC1 Home is where the Art is. Netflix – Drama series Dracula, Flux Review Magazine 2021, CAKE 2020 and London Live 2018 amongst others.

With an ethical consciousness, I create work that examines the contradictions of human action and thought, in an attempt to survive. Rule breaking, disconcerted relationships, miscommunication, isolation, vulnerability, and fragility fascinate: as do tenacity, ingenuity, forgiveness and strength. I use the medium of sculpture to communicate that it is our whole selves complete with flaws that make us fascinating.

My grandmother took her own life two years ago. Birthdays have been incredibly hard ever since, each birthday more bleak than the next. I wanted to create an image to convey my deep sadness which I experience on every birthday, wishing she stood next to me instead of above me. As I am surrounded by bright colours, balloons, a day for smiles and celebrations, I am left feeling like a masked clown which has to put on a happy face until the lights turn off.

I am a Canadian/Cypriot 26 year old self taught artist that currently resides in Cyprus. I am completely self taught and pride myself in my thirst for experimentation and learning by myself. Growing up I strongly battled with depression and bipolar disorder. The only thing that eased this mental pain was art, always has been ever since I could walk and talk. I don't know how to do anything else this well, and I never want to.
Artist Statement
My artistic journey has always been extremely personal for me, as growing up I suffered from bipolar, and have found that I struggled deeply with my sense of self and my perception of who I was as a person. I felt that I was everyone and everything at once.
Through my countless portraits I was able to ease my mind as I transformed into all the characters I wanted. With their own personal back-stories and their own personal worlds. Through my art I hope to inspire people to let go, let go of the stereotypes our own brains impose on us. To be fluid, to be everyone we ever wanted to be without shame and judgement.
Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork?
After suffering from silent depression for many years of my life, I always felt like I carried a bright happy mask with me everywhere I went. I wore it so often that I felt it got glued to my face, burying my sad smile behind a mask full of rainbows and sunshine. I wanted an image to convey the false happiness we sometimes wear on our faces to not let other people know how we truly feel inside.

Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork?
I wanted an image to convey my desperate efforts to rise above the judgement and humiliation I have faced from my old fashioned thinking society. My art was always deemed to loud, too weird, too unusual from the people living in the small island I grew up. I have always felt like the black sheep, the outsider, the weird one who does weird things. I wanted to take that judgement and use to it propel me forward. To transform me from the black sheep, to a black swan.

Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork? With a heavy heart I admit, I started my photography journey with the wrong mindset. I started to take pictures of myself looking the best I could, flawless, editing the hell out of my face, enlarging my lips, slimming my waist. I projected these images as the truth. This was me, unfiltered. But heavily hiding behind my own insecurities. Art was supposed to show the reality, and I did the opposite, for a very long time. It came to a point where I couldn't ignore this voice anymore. When I stopped posting my half-naked body and my heavily edited portraits, I realized that less people liked what I created. I swore I would live my truth even if it meant losing the people that once praised me. This image for me makes fun of the images I made when I was just starting. From ''picture'' perfect, to this self portrait which my past self would have called an abomination.
Self Portrait photography that was then digitally painted over.
Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork?
I was feeling very low in my creative journey around the time I made this piece. I was struggling with depression and imposter syndrome. Constantly comparing my art to other peoples and wondering why I couldn't be as good as they were. I could barely find energy to go to my 9-5 corporate job, let alone come home and have mental strength to sit down and create. I faked it till I made it. There was no other choice. I shot pictures left and right, edited for hours, pushed myself through. Like being reborn, stretching my wings one by one until I had the strength to lift myself off the ground. This image represents my battle with my own mind. That no matter how defeated I feel, no matter how many times life gets in the way, I am resilient.

This work that seeks to explore the connection between the macroscopic and the microscopic of the universe, highlighting the circular, spherical and elliptical shapes found in all scales of nature. This work invites the viewer to contemplate the beauty and harmony manifested through these common forms, representing our inherent union with the universe.
In the work, one can appreciate elements that evoke both the immensity of the cosmos and the delicacy of the microscopic. From spiral galaxies to cellular structures, each detail reflects the complexity and diversity of the universe, while circular and spherical shapes act as symbols of unity and continuity in all dimensions of life.
Acrylic on canvas. 90x110 cm. Year 2023 The inspiration for this work comes from my observation of both the macro world and the micro world. In these two universes, circular, spherical and elliptical shapes are omnipresent. This visual constant leads me to represent these shapes as a symbol of our intrinsic connection to nature. Through this work, I try to show the beauty that nature offers us in these dimensions of life, aspects that often go unnoticed.

The point is the beginning of all form. Using perspective, I transform these points into lines and shapes that create depth and dimension. Perspective adds a new layer of interpretation, allowing the viewer to enter a three dimensional space within the canvas.
Shapes and Spaces:
I use circular, spherical and elliptical shapes to create a sense of movement and fluidity. These forms evoke the infinitude and complexity of the macro and micro universes, reflecting the beauty hidden within them.
Colour and Composition:
Vibrant and contrasting colours are central to my works, creating a visual and emotional impact. Composition is built through repetitive and harmonious patterns that invite deep contemplation.
Creative Process:
To materialise these concepts on my canvases, I create my tools in a handmade way, developing the concept of direct printing. With a single touch on the surface, free and spontaneous stains are captured and harmonise the composition. In addition, I intervene the canvas with acrylic gouaches and inks, using loose, spaced and overlapping gestures to enrich the blank surface.
Artistic Objective:
My intention with this series is to remove barriers and differences, creating a universal language that leads the viewer to a silent contemplation. I want to convey a sense of seeing the world in an almost mystical and globalised way, inviting a reflection on our connection to nature and the essence of what surrounds us.
Conclusion:
‘Universe in Perspective’ is a series that invites us to discover the simplicity and complexity of our existence through point and perspective. Each work is a journey towards the essential, towards the spirit of things, exploring what lies beyond the visible surface. It is a celebration of natural beauty and an invitation to see the world with new eyes.
The point is the beginning of all form. Using perspective, I transform these dots into lines and shapes that create depth and dimension. Perspective adds a new layer of interpretation, allowing the viewer to enter a three-dimensional space within the canvas.

Artist Statement
The selection of works from the Liquid Crystalline Photo-painting series is a world of the author's inner visions, bordering on abstraction and surrealism. Using light and polarization, the author creates a world of images filled with an unusual combination of colour sensations and fanciful shapes, creating a peculiar story. A world which is a reflection on the surrounding reality. A world of reflective thoughts on observed facts and events. A world which is an externalisation of the author's inner experiences. A world in which the author draws inspiration sometimes almost directly from nature, and at other times asking spectators to find intended reliances. On the one hand, some of his paintings are a kind of grotesque, sometimes even ironic, but on the other hand they always pose specific and very serious questions.
The vision of nature shown in a selective manner is a consideration of whether nature is only beauty, which we do not notice every day? Or whether, by stopping for a while in this civilisation race for more and more, when integrating with nature, we won't encounter a moment of peace, won't we find relaxation? Will we not realise that we too, are part of the world, and that the worldly goods that surround us and the consumeristically perpetuated "enjoyment of life" are indeed not a real part of everyone's existence, but merely an artificially constructed delusion, a pipe dream?
In this combination, the figure of the legendary Don Quixote, portrayed in a moment of relaxation, rest, is a kind of metaphore for contemplation and an encouragement to look within ourselves, despite, or perhaps even in spite of, our highly absorbing, daily, sometimes ritualistic activities.

20 Friends
Acrylic and oil on canvas
Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork?
"20 Friends" is a nostalgic exploration of my childhood connection, using a vibrant beach scene painted with a unique twist – the figures themselves are rendered in shades of blue oil paint. This deliberate choice adds a layer of metaphor to the work.
The title signifies the close-knit group of twenty friends I once had. While the scene depicts children playing, they become a metaphor for the boundless joy and sense of belonging we shared. However, the blue figures create a subtle distance, reflecting the geographical separation that now exists between us.
The beach scene, playful the blue kids, evokes the carefree spirit of my youth. The vastness of the ocean, can be seen as a metaphor for the vastness of life's possibilities that stretched before us back then.
"20 Friends" is a celebration of the enduring power of friendship. It's a means that helps me revisit a time of pure joy and a reminder that the bonds of friendship, once strong, can leave a lasting impression, even if tinged with a touch of melancholy.

This body of work explores the contrasting yet connected experiences of my childhood, with a striking use of blue oil paint. "20 Friends" depicts a vibrant beach scene, a celebration of the friendships that shaped my youth. "Blue in Red" takes a more introspective approach. Here, a solitary blue boy sits slumped in a vibrant red chair, symbolizing the fleeting nature of my childhood attachments.

Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork?
This piece, titled "Blue in Red," presents a stark contrast between a vibrant red chair and a solitary blue figure slumped upon it. The boy, rendered entirely in blue, embodies a specific memory from my childhood – a time of intense attachment to possessions. The red chair symbolizes the coveted object, likely a toy or cherished item, that consumed my attention at a younger age.
Blue in Red Acrylic and oil on canvas 120x80 Inches
The boy's blue color signifies a sense of possessiveness, bordering on obsession. His slumped posture and grumpy expression, however, suggest a growing awareness of the impermanence of these objects.
"Blue in Red" explores the fleeting nature of childhood attachments. Despite the initial intensity of desire, the painting hints at the inevitable fading of interest and the realization that possessions don't last forever. The stark contrast between the vibrant red and the blue figure emphasizes this emotional shift.
This work serves as a personal reflection on the evolution of desires and the importance of experiences over material things. While childhood attachments can be strong, the painting suggests a maturing understanding of impermanence.
Walking in the Rain
Whats the inspiration / story associated with the image?
A woman from the Suri people walks home in the rain. The rains in Ethiopia had come hard that season, making the ground soft and unable to absorb moisture effectively. Although the rains are much needed, when they come down hard, they can cause more damage than benefit. In recent years, the erratic rains have disrupted the plant life the economy depends on, causing significant challenges. This young woman wears the now outlawed lip plate. Said to have started to deter slave traders from taking women and girls, it is now seen as a sign of wealth and beauty. However, due to the young age at which the practice starts and the painful process the young women endure, the government has banned it.

Artist Bio
I was born in London and currently reside in West London, where I find endless inspiration in the vibrant art scene. My passion for photography and art has been a lifelong journey, nurtured by hours spent exploring London’s galleries and absorbing the work of artists who have shaped the medium.
As a photographer, I strive to capture the essence of emotion, nature, and the human experience through vibrant compositions. Influenced by pioneers like Lee Miller and Don McCullin, I wish to blend spontaneity with thoughtful framing and diverse lighting in my work.
My portfolio spans documentary and portraiture, as well as abstract art photography, born from my Maters at Falmouth. Each endeavour driven by a fascination with storytelling through imagery. Exploring themes of grief and memory has been particularly meaningful this past year, with a feature by Shutter Hub in 2023.
I am grateful to have received recognition for my work, including being named the Guardian's Photographer of the Month and having my photographs featured in international publications like The Times, BULB magazine, and TTTISM. Additionally, my photography has taken me on tour with renowned musicians such as Panos Karan, Charli XCX, MO, Hans Zimmer, and Rudimental, among others.
Documenting these experiences has enriched my creative perspective and allowed me to capture compelling narratives in both still and dynamic contexts. Currently, I am awaiting the publication of my first book titled "Guardians." This book features interviews and images from indigenous nomadic cultures spanning five countries, offering a profound exploration of their stories and traditions through photography. As a female photographer, my journey has been both challenging and rewarding, filled with opportunities to connect with others and explore healing through the lens. I look forward to continuing this exploration and sharing my work with audiences who appreciate storytelling through photography.
Artist Statement
As a photographer and storyteller, my work with "Guardians" is a deeply personal exploration into the lives and cultures of remote indigenous communities worldwide. Through photography and heartfelt conversations, I immerse myself in their worlds, capturing moments that reveal the profound resilience and wisdom embedded within their traditions. "Guardians" is not just a documentation of their daily lives; it's a testament to the enduring spirit of these communities in the face of immense challenges like climate change and cultural erosion. Each photograph and narrative is a window into their rich heritage and the urgent need to protect it for future generations. I am drawn to the interplay of light and shadow in these landscapes, metaphorically representing the delicate balance these cultures maintain with their environment. Through my lens, I aim to evoke a sense of reverence and empathy, encouraging viewers to engage deeply with these stories and reflect on our shared responsibility to preserve cultural diversity.
By supporting "Guardians," you are not only exploring the beauty and resilience of indigenous cultures but also contributing to a cause that directly supports their rights. All proceeds from the project benefit IWGIA, an organization dedicated to defending indigenous peoples' rights globally, ensuring that their voices are heard and their futures safeguarded. Through this work, I hope to inspire a deeper appreciation for the interconnectedness of humanity and nature, and the profound wisdom that indigenous cultures offer our world. "Guardians" is a celebration of their strength, wisdom, and the enduring beauty of cultural diversity.

Hunters are scattered all over the mountains, and shortly after this was taken, news arrived that a fox had been spotted. Within minutes, the fox was caught by this eagle. Despite the clear weather, it was -20 degrees, soon to be the coldest place on earth—conditions this group was quite used to. We were out for hours and had to move constantly to stay warm. This was no problem for them. After catching the fox, they moved on to training with the eagle and then to celebrations. Catching a fox is a great reason for celebration, and they did it well.

Children and fire
Whats the inspiration / story associated with the image?
Among the OvaHimba people of Namibia, the sacred fire, known as the "Okuruwo," holds a central place in their spiritual and cultural life. Every morning, the youngest children are tasked with lighting and maintaining the fire, which symbolises continuity and the eternal presence of the ancestors' spirits. This responsibility instills in them a sense of cultural heritage, spiritual connection, and community role from an early age. By tending the fire, children learn the importance of contributing to the collective well-being, respecting traditions, and understanding their role within the social structure.
A key rule in the camp is that no one should walk between the sacred fire and the chief's hut, as this pathway is considered sacred for the spirits. The practice of having young children care for the fire also symbolises the community's belief in the purity and innocence of youth, ensuring a strong and untainted spiritual connection with the ancestors.
Through these morning rituals, OvaHimba children learn values of respect and responsibility, preserving and continuing their rich cultural and spiritual heritage.

The Rabari people of Rajasthan, India, have a rich cultural heritage deeply rooted in their nomadic lifestyle. Traditionally, they were seminomadic herders, known for their skilled animal husbandry and ability to traverse vast distances with their livestock in search of grazing lands. However, over recent decades, their nomadic way of life has been increasingly challenged. Rapid urbanisation and the sale of traditional grazing lands have restricted their mobility, forcing many Rabari families to settle in permanent villages and adapt to new livelihoods.
This shift has profoundly impacted their traditional practices and social structure, as they navigate the balance between preserving their cultural identity and adapting to modern challenges. Central to Rabari culture is the intricate and symbolic jewellery worn by women. Each piece of jewellery holds deep significance, reflecting the wearer's marital status, social standing, and familial heritage. These ornaments are not merely decorative but also serve as tangible expressions of identity and cultural pride, connecting the wearer to her community's traditions and values amidst the challenges of modernisation.

Leni Smoragdova
Artist Bio
Leni Smoragdova is Jewish artist. In 2012, She began to create her own art Universe. During study in Central Saint Martins, Smoragdova met well known art-dealer, “You are nobody, he said to me, “Unless you become a rich with influential people as friends. Thousands of young people come to London dreaming of a career as an artist. In the end they become nobody.” This is how her art Universe got the name Transaction Art with hidden faces as a main heroes.
At that time "Figures Collection: difference versions” appeared. Leni grew up in a family where war and crime left a big mark on the fate of each family member, depriving the lives of almost everyone who was dear to her. When Smoragdova officially presented the Transaction Art in Amsterdam as part of a performance, She began its story with a slogan, fixing another side of the Transaction Universe and history of hidden faces. “We are children of war. War is money, money has no face. It's as simple as the Transaction, we are the children of the Transaction, we are the children with hidden faces - {$M}.” The performance took place in an old church; the floor was covered with various stone slabs. Some had inscriptions or symbols embossed on them. Where the performance took place, there was a stone slab with a single symbol on it - {$M}. The signature on the stone slab repeated the signature on the Smoragdova’ artworks. $ M - on this stone means that the stone belonged to some European eminent family. She took it as a sign from above

A designation: Transaction - simple bank or business operation.
The main points.
We are children of war. War is money, money has no face. It's as simple as the Transaction, we are the children of the Transaction, we are the children with hidden faces. - {$M}
Why should I pursue for a million when I can rule the transaction art Universe? Reading the code of the matrix, with whom or what you can make a deal, conduct a Transaction in order to gain a foothold in modern society.
The heroes of the transaction world - living and dead, people and animals, - are deprived of Transaction codes, like mirrors, they absorb and reflect everything that happens in the "black mirror". They are extras and observers, they are the children of the Transaction, they are hidden faces.
Transaction art has an official language.
The alphabet consists of all world currency symbols, pronounced as Hebrew.
Before the title of each work, you can see codes consisting of numbers, signs, and letters. This is a reference to accounting. When the product arrives at the warehouse, it receives an individual code. When a product changes warehouse, the digital code also changes. The same happens with the codes in front of each title of the artwork.
The main heroes of the Transaction Art world are people with hidden faces and strange animals.

Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork?
"Glacial Tears" is an evocative abstract piece, where deep blue forms intermingle with splashes of white, mirroring the essence of a frozen Arctic landscape. The fluid application of paint captures the motion of cascading ice, as if the glacier itself is weeping. These 'tears' represent not just the physical thaw but also a poignant metaphor for loss and transformation. The stark contrast between the dark blues and bright whites creates a dynamic tension, inviting viewers to explore themes of isolation and resilience. As you gaze into "Glacial Tears," you are drawn into a meditative state, feeling the quiet sorrow and enduring strength of nature. This piece resonates with a profound emotional depth, echoing the silent cries of a changing world.

It serves as a poignant reminder of the consequences of our actions and the urgent need for conservation efforts to protect our forests.

The artwork captures the ethereal essence of the soul ascending from the tree transcending earthly bounds. This imagery serves as a metaphor for the eternal cycle of life, where the tree embodies resilience, wisdom, and rootedness, while the departing soul represents liberation, transformation, and spiritual growth. "Embedded Soul" invites contemplation on the interconnectedness of all living beings and the timeless journey of the soul beyond physical existence.
Strength and Sanctuary
Mixed Media (Acrylic, Crackled Texture, Colored pens) on Canvas Panel I used layering technique to achieve the wood and stone color of the church structure.
Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork?
The idea for this artwork came from the unique opportunity to combine the powerful symbolism of the St. Padre Pio Church Adoration Chapel with the sentiment of Father's Day. The chapel itself is a source of inspiration. Strong Walls as Unwavering Support: The first element that struck me was the architecture. The chapel's strong, solid walls felt like a perfect metaphor for the unwavering support a father provides for his family. Just as these walls offer shelter and stability, dads are often the ones we turn to for strength and a sense of security. Secure Doorway as a Safe Haven: The secure doorway of the chapel resonated with the idea of a safe haven that fathers create for their families. It's a place of refuge, comfort, and acceptance, just like the feeling a father brings to a home. Marrying these architectural elements with the warm light and spiritual atmosphere of the Adoration Chapel creates a backdrop for celebrating the "haligi ng tahanan," the pillars of our homes. It's a tribute to fathers on their special day, acknowledging the immense role they play in our lives. I hope this artwork allows people to reflect on the strength and security fathers bring to their families, transforming a place of worship into a celebration of these special men.

With a growing online presence on social media, Labli is eager to share her art with the world. While currently balancing her artistic pursuits with a corporate job, her ultimate goal is to dedicate herself fully to her craft.
Artist Statement
My art is a visual exploration of the human experience, delving into the complexities of emotion and the intricacies of the human psyche. Through the expressive languages of abstract painting, ink drawing, and poetry, I seek to create works that resonate deeply and invite introspection.
Each medium offers a unique lens through which I explore the world. Abstract painting allows me to delve into the subconscious, layering color and texture to evoke a sense of depth and mystery. Ink drawing provides a counterpoint, offering precision and detail. Poetry becomes a voice for the emotions that often evade visual representation.
While these practices are distinct, they share a common thread: a desire to connect with viewers on an emotional level and inspire contemplation. My goal is to use my art as a catalyst for empathy, understanding, and a renewed connection to the shared human experience.

This particular piece was inspired by the concept of breaking free from limitations. We all face restrictions in life, but women have a unique history of overcoming societal expectations and forging their own paths. The artwork uses the image of a woman rising up, perhaps with her arms reaching towards the sky, to represent this act of breaking free. The delicate lines are a deliberate contrast to the theme of strength. They symbolize the grace and resilience that women embody. Even in the face of hardship, there's a beauty and determination that shines through. Ultimately, this piece is a celebration. It's a celebration of the unwavering spirit within all women, a reminder that true power doesn't come from outward force, but from the strength we carry within ourselves. It's a piece I hope will inspire viewers to embrace their own inner power and rise above any limitations they face.

It's a laborious process, but I love how it creates a sense of movement and dynamism. It reflects the idea that even small actions can build up to something powerful. The stiletto heel is a key element. It's a symbol of both femininity and strength. It shows that you can be powerful and confident while still embracing your style. Ultimately, this piece is about the unstoppable force within us all. Every step we take is a chance to claim our power and make our mark on the world. It's a celebration of the journey, the hustle, and the unwavering spirit that defines who we are.

Mixed Media (Acrylic, Texture and Gold Leaf) on Canvas Textured Layering and Opulent effect were the techniques used on this painting.
Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork?
This artwork was born in the heart of El Taganas' Painting class. It was a whirlwind of creativity, a space where I was free to experiment with acrylics and textures, letting loose and embracing the joy of creating. The mix of mediums resulted in this dynamic composition, a visual representation of the ideas and techniques swirling around in my head. Those gold accents became a metaphor for the hidden value and brilliance that lies within all of us. Sometimes, it's like we're all ordinary canvases, going about our daily lives. But beneath the surface, there's this incredible potential, this inner spark just waiting to be unearthed. That's what the meticulous placement of the gold leaf represents. It's the dedication it takes to find and refine your unique qualities. It's about nurturing that inner light and letting it shine through. Just like the gold elevates the artwork, embracing your own special gifts allows you to stand out and truly own your place in the world. So, this piece is more than just an abstract composition. It's a reminder to keep exploring, keep creating, and never stop searching for that hidden gold within yourself.
Through the Commotion
Acrylic on Stretched Canvas
Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork?
As an artist from Bangladesh, I am deeply inspired by the vibrant culture and resilience of my people. In my painting, "Through the Commotion," I aim to capture the essence of the daily struggles and joys of the Bangladeshi people, particularly during the festive season. The central focus of the painting is a bustling train passing through the heart of Dhaka, the capital city. The train is depicted with a gradient of yellow to blue, symbolizing the transition from the chaos of the city to the tranquility of the countryside. This represents the journey that many Bangladeshis undertake during the holiday period, as they travel from the city to their rural hometowns to celebrate the seasonal celebrations with their families. The train is crowded with people, some of whom are riding on the roof of the locomotive. This is a common sight in Bangladesh, where trains are often overcrowded during peak travel times. Despite the challenges, the people in the painting are depicted with a sense of determination and hope, as they make their way home to be with their loved ones. This painting is a celebration of the resilience and spirit of my people, and a reminder of the importance of family and community in our lives.

Marzana's artistry is a vibrant exploration of the human condition, imbued in the cultural richness of her Bangladeshi roots. Her work, often depicted by bold color choices and expressive brushworks, reveals a deep engagement with the emotional and psychological landscapes that define our existence. Her paintings evoke a strong connection to the past while firmly asserting a contemporary undertone, demonstrating a delicate balance between tradition and modernity.
One can easily witness the influence of the dutch master Vincent Van Gogh in Marzana’s works with her dynamic usage of colours and her energetic brushstrokes, conjuring an intense sense of emotion and movement. Her paintings resonate with the raw emotionality and vividness that Van Gogh brought to his depictions of life’s tumultuous moments. This approach allows her to capture the inner turmoil and passion of her subjects in a way that feels both immediate and deeply personal. The introspective nature of some of her works suggests a dialogue with Frida Kahlo's exploration of identity and the human psyche. Marzana’s paintings focuses on the complexities of the self, as she invites the viewers to contemplate themes of resilience, vulnerability, and strength. The faces she paints and the colours she experiments with are more than mere representations; they are windows into the emotional and psychological depths of her subjects, much like Kahlo’s iconic self-examinations.
Surreal elements within her compositions also hint at the influence of Salvador Dalí, as Marzana blends reality with fantasy, creating dreamlike utopia that challenges the viewer's perception. This surreal quality evokes her work with a sense of mystery and wonder, encouraging a deeper exploration of the layers of meaning that lie beneath the surface. Additionally, Marzana’s works have traces of Impressionist inspiration, particularly from artists like Édouard Manet and Paul Gauguin. Her controlled yet expressive use of color, combined with her focus on capturing fleeting moments of intense emotion, reflects the Impressionist fascination with light and transient experiences. Her work often transcends the emotional resonance of a moment, inviting viewers to experience the immediacy and intimacy of the scenes she portrays just like her painting “Through the Commotion”.
Through the unique synthesis of these diverse influences, Marzana’s paintings offer a profound commentary on the interplay between chaos and order, reality and imagination. Her art invites viewers to engage with the complexity of human emotions and experiences. Marzana's work is a testament to her ability to bridge the gap between the past and present, creating art that is both timeless and deeply relevant.
Artist Statement
Marzana’s journey as an artist began at the tender age of seven, nurtured by the vibrant artistic culture of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Surrounded by colorful landscapes and a tapestry of diverse people, she learned to find beauty in the mundane. By the age of twelve, she had specialized in acrylic and oil paintings, setting the stage for a lifelong dedication to the canvas. Her work is deeply influenced by the masters of the past. Inspired by the boldness of Vincent van Gogh, the emotional depth of Frida Kahlo, and the surreal visions of Salvador Dalí, Marzana channels their spirit into her own unique creations. This historical influence merges with her contemporary perspective, resulting in art that bridges time and tradition.
Marzana's creative process is a harmonious blend of intuition and inspiration. She often begins with a single vision—a fleeting thought or a vivid dream—drawing from her extensive travels and the literary worlds she immerses herself in. This vision takes root on the canvas, named and then allowed to evolve naturally. Her artistic sessions are accompanied by the soothing sounds of indie rock music, which help to calm her mind and focus her energy.
Despite a five-year hiatus between 2014 and 2019 to pursue other academic endeavors, including her role as a full-time legal advisor in Cardiff, Marzana’s passion for art remained undiminished. In 2019, she founded "Strokes of Chaos," an online art venture that marks her triumphant return to painting and showcases her evolved artistic voice.
Marzana’s works are a testament to the interplay of order and disorder, capturing the essence of her experiences and the beauty she perceives in everyday life. Her intention is to create art that resonates with the masses, inviting viewers to explore the layers of meaning within each piece. Through her art, Marzana seeks to connect with others on an emotional level, making her creative journey a shared experience of discovery and wonder.
A unique 1/1 NFT work painted using my VR viewer. Using a digital canvas measuring 97x65 cm with a black background using a palette of 5 colors mixed together, I started painting this abstract by making variations of colors and shades. In the week it took me to paint it I was inspired by the arrival of summer. The black background, the cold and dark season, gives way to a flow of warm pixelated colors (the beautiful season)

My imagination and moods are the mirror of many of my works. Colors, themes and brain are judged by my emotions. For painting I use everything from the classic palette with real colors to the Virtual Reality Viewer. I also use VR to model 3D abstract figures that you will see soon. I find that painting in VR and rendering with upscaling the images imported on the pc makes me a cutting edge artist.

Real abstract canvas with a mix of colors painted with brushes and spatulas.
Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork?
Real painting on canvas with a mix of oil and acrylic colors. One afternoon I started with a background of oil colors... then I started to draw a shadow in the center. But while mixing a color I dropped a stream of acrylic color on the painting. The thick layer fascinated me for how it fell, so I started to pour thick drops of color to shape them with large-tipped brushes and using a n°6 spatula.
Food & Drink Revisited
This is the cover of my new collection available on Access Protocol (Sketch platform) titled "Food & Drink Revisited.
In this collection we will travel a culinary journey starting from the Old West and imagining what we could eat in the future.
Each periodic cycle is marked by the Drop of a Legendary NFT (Limited Edition 1/1) that will be dropped to a random wallet of the first 10 in the ranking in my Pool Access Protocol. So I started thinking about what images I could produce, with what tools I had at my disposal and about the study of the complex prompts that lie behind these NFTs. So between one sketch and another I imagined myself starting from a time not too far away, around 1880. Working with complex prompts and using many facets of AI programs I created the first period of the collection. And I'm already working on the second.

My mind was free when I started the sketch. I started from the tree to sketch the first of the moons. Then the next evening, taking the painting back in "hands" I found myself sketching a second moon, and then a third... until I decided to make many, some even barely visible... Then a details upscale was performed on the painting.

A Semi-Finalist for the Innovation in Art Award 2024, by .Art Registry (1 of 22 worldwide chosen by a panel of industry professionals) listed by his art and design company "21 Creative". The artist was also, Awarded a Global Recognition Award for his innovative work in web3, writing about his motivating story and his innate ability of overcoming adversity.
When creating art, Jesse Hudelson is going by the name @rtist.eth, an ode to his digital side of fine art that he has become known for. His past is filled with ups and downs that only fuel the internal creative engine that seems to never stop. As a child he had some rough years, from being bullied, to going to sleep hungry many nights. The hard times didn't stop his passion for art and creating. At the age of 8 or 9, he was dealt another hit, in the form of waking up to "dead people" standing over his bed, staring at him. Scared for his life and half asleep he says he tried climbing the walls of his bedroom to get away. This went on for months and months. After going to child psychologist, he says he mentioned the "dead looking people" who stared down at him in bed, and he was tested for days, doctors looking for some scientific answer for it all. Looking for any reason to place a label on the problem. From that point on, he said he tried to contain this new "curse" and not tell a soul (no pun intended) about it. For the next 30+ years he went through life acting like he didn't see, hear and feel, this darker side of things. To make things more complicated he joined the military in 2003 and spent 10 years, deploying to Iraq twice and Afghanistan once. He says those 40 months in combat were some of the hardest times he has ever spent trying to hide his lifelong secret of being a medium. War brings a lot of death, which brings with it pain and lost souls looking for answers. Not really the best situation for a sensitive to be in, but he endured and in 2012 was medically retired and started his next chapter in life.
In 2021, he woke up one morning and painted a female's face in an art piece. This is profound, as he was never until this day able to draw or paint a human face. It was always the one artistic ability that alluded him. But that morning changed everything. He now spoke with the dead in his sleep, waking up to paint the faces of those he helped find their way. Today his art style shifts often trying to master his craft but also each lost face he paints takes with it the style that reflects the soul's personality and the interactions with the @rtist.
Artist Statement
As @rtist.eth, I take myself on a colorful but sometimes dark trip with my work through the human experience in my journeys. My work delves into the essence of life, exposing its rawness, the delicate balance between chaos and tranquility, and these deep moments of introspection that determine our existence. Sometimes with a twist of personality if it is an art piece I unofficially tag as part of the "Visitor" series of my works. Which make up a small number of the lost souls I try to quietly and help as a medium. Intersecting art and the beyond, to help find what keeps them here but also what will help them continue their journey. In my work, I merge abstract expressionism with detailed realism, so that it is both visually arresting and deeply evocative. Each brushstroke speaks volumes, and each splash of color echoes some detail of the human condition. The brightness and strength of the colors and textures are profound—the meanings trapped inside—welcoming the onlooker to take their gaze deeper than the surface, right into the heart of each piece. It is a collection that reflects the devotion in me for capturing life's fugitive moments. The "Art, Life and After" collection is of both kinds: the NFT digital ones as well as their physical prints, in trying to accomplish something that really can resonate with people on an individual basis, that will talk of experiences and emotions. It's not that my work is just about aestheticism; it is about connection, reflection, and stories—stories that bind us together. And I try to give a voice to the most powerful medium of change and understanding in the world: art. I want to inspire others—inspire them to look beyond, to look at the world differently, to see beauty where people find it normal, and to find solace in our shared human experience. Each piece is part of my journey, a reflection of my thoughts, dreams, and visions, and I invite you to join me in this artistic exploration.

Sisters 2
This is a digital painting created manually, enhanced with artificial intelligence to highlight some details, combining the expressiveness of the artist with technological precision.
Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork?
The inspiration for this art came from the empathy, love and complicity between two sisters. Art began as a simple sketch, handmade, digitally, where I could express my initial ideas and emotions in a raw and direct way. With patience and dedication, I spent weeks refining the sketch, adding details, adjusting colors and shadows, and building layers of complexity and depth. During this process, I made an effort to infuse each trait and each choice of color with the feeling I wanted to convey, creating an emotional connection between the work and the viewer. After completing the main part of digital painting, I decided to give a final touch with the help of artificial intelligence. Using AI tools, you further improved the art, adding complex textures, automatically adjusting certain nuances of light and shadow, and experimenting with stylistic variations that increased the visual richness of the work. This use of AI did not replace my hard work, but rather complemented and elevated my initial effort, resulting in a piece that combines the technical precision of technology with the emotional depth of human effort.

The chaotic background, with its abstract forms and vibrant colors, represents the frenetic pace of the contemporary world. This backdrop serves as a visual metaphor for the myriad distractions, challenges, and changes that characterize today's society. It is within this context that the serene face finds its significance, highlighting the resilience of the human spirit in navigating through life's uncertainties. The art is an exploration of the avant-garde, pushing the boundaries of traditional art through its innovative use of digital media. It blends various techniques, from textured digital effects to painterly strokes, creating a complex, layered composition that invites viewers to delve deeper into its visual narrative. This blend of styles not only enhances the depth of the piece but also reflects the multifaceted nature of human experience. In creating this art the artist sought to offer a fresh perspective on the human condition, celebrating the capacity for inner peace amidst external chaos. The piece serves as a reminder of the importance of maintaining serenity in the face of adversity, and the power of art to capture and convey the uances of the human soul. By combining surrealism with abstract elements, "Cryptovant #2" challenges viewers to see beyond the surface, inviting them to explore the deeper layers of emotion and meaning embedded within the artwork. Through this piece, the artist celebrates the avant-garde spirit, pushing the limits of what digital art can achieve and offering a unique visual experience that resonates with the complexities of contemporary life.

Andrés Hernández
Andrés Hernández, a Mexican audiovisual artist, has navigated a dynamic path in visual storytelling since 2017. Initially a short film director, cinematographer, and documentary filmmaker, his current focus is on the intersection of photography and digital art, exploring themes of loss, memory, and dreams in his work. Employing digital intervention and artificial intelligence, he creates dreamscapes where vision lacks clarity and identities are obscured by mental noise. The deliberate destruction of images serves as an analogy, reflecting the ephemeral nature of memory.
Hernández's artistic narrative is a contemplative journey into the fragility of human experience, using technology as a conduit for expressing the intangible. Through his lens, the convergence of digital art and photography materializes the complexities of memory and the elusive world of dreams, providing viewers with an immersive encounter with the enigmatic landscapes of the mind.
Artist Statement
I have always been fascinated by the power that dream images and memories have on me. This fascination has led me to experiment with photography, trying to represent the atmospheres of these intangible worlds. The use of digital intervention and artificial intelligence have allowed me to create these dreamscapes, where vision is rarely clear and identities are blurred by the noise of the mind.
The physical destruction of the image serves as an analogy to the ephemeral and finite condition of memory. I work with the tools of the present while staying strongly anchored to the past.

I am Earth, and so are you Video. Filmed by the Boise River and Boise National Forest
Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork?
"I am Earth, and so are you” is a live performance piece I performed along side three other women, directed, filmed, edited, and then paired with an original musical composition. The performance is a parallel to the traditional water baptism (often practiced within the Christian church’s many denominations). When I think of a traditional baptism, I think of it as a way of submitting yourself to a higher power (such as God), vowing to uphold certain beliefs and expectations during the time you spend on this Earth. With this piece, I sought out to create and perform a sort of “naturalistic” baptism. Rather than submitting to a God (or gods), submitting to the Earth itself. The act we are performing involves us smearing ourselves with sand, dirt, and snow- within a dark, foggy forest. Hidden away from any sort of audience. It was important to me that it wasn’t performative in the sense that it required a live audience, that we weren’t performing in hopes of receiving praise from others for our “act of faith,” but instead paying tribute to the Earth we live on and abuse. Creating this looming kind of urgency that builds throughout the piece, slowly increasing the rapidness and intensity of the ritualistic act we are performing.

Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork?
"Modern Woman (and all she's good for)" is a piece I made in one of the intro level classes at Boise State University. It was in response to Roe v. Wade being overturned, and the hurt it caused (and continues to cause) women all over the country. It's about the view of women politicians seem to hold, our worth being our body and our fertility.

Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork? I work solo in a public workspace each day, immersed in solitude and rarely engaging in conversation. Amidst this isolation, a woman also works there; her name remains unknown to me, and we are strangers to each other. Yet, every morning she greets me with a simple inquiry, 'Are you alright?' This brief, daily interaction has inspired my recent series of work, "Permanent Rose". It prompts a contemplation on well-being and the human condition within the digital transformation of our interactions and creative expressions.
John Wong
Nothing is Real, also known as John Wong, is a multidisciplinary artist based in the UK, navigating the "in-between" spaces of painting, film, theatre, and AI. His work intricately explores the fusion of these art forms, focusing on the relationships between patterns and spaces, ancient fortune-telling algorithms versus modern superstitions, the contrasts between natural and fabricated realities, and the solitude within everyday life.
Wong's career features several milestones, such as the screening of his film "The Tourist" at the 27th Hong Kong International Film Festival in 2002. His engagement with the international art scene, notably through the ARX5 cultural exchange in Australia and Singapore (1998-1999), has deeply influenced his practice. Key recent achievements include the algorithmic installation "RuShi," which received the prestigious Best of Show Award at SIGGRAPH 2019 in Los Angeles. His work has been highlighted at significant exhibitions, including the Microwave International New Media Arts Festival 2018 and ISEA2019 in Gwangju. In 2020, "RuChu AR" featured in the "Peer to Peer UK/HK" online exhibition. More recently, in 2023, Wong participated in an artist development program, CTRL, in Manchester curated by The Lowry & Submerge Festival. And in 2024,
His AI artworks were displayed at venues like "The Ideal Error" at Shoreditch Arts Clubs, London, presented by exactly.ai as part of the London Digital Art Week; Awita New York Studio; and "imagine...Digital Soul” curated by ArtX Gallery at GenAI Summit in San Francisco. Inspired by The Beatles' timeless lyrics from "Strawberry Fields Forever," my artist name, Nothing is Real, pays homage to their enduring influence on my creative journey.
“Let me take you down, 'cause I'm going to, strawberry fields, nothing is real!…"
Artist Statement
I am a multidisciplinary artist whose work navigates the spaces between film, theatre, painting, conceptual, and digital art. I am fascinated by how we connect with others and process our emotions in an increasingly digital world. My art explores themes of solitude, the repetitive routines of daily life, and their impact on our existence. My aim is to illustrate how, even in solitude, we find ways to connect and understand one another in our fastpaced world. AI is a crucial tool in my creative process. I embrace the concept of co-creation with machines, a practice not new to technology, but now enhanced as the machines we partner with possess a form of wisdom. This marks a significant shift in the creative landscape. Utilizing AI is not merely about algorithmic solutions; it represents a new language in art. It echoes the revolutionary visions of the Impressionists, the conceptual innovations of Marcel Duchamp, and the Pop art of Andy Warhol, offering a fresh perspective on how we view art and ourselves.

We now sketch and create entirely through prompts, which introduces a new mode of thinking and perception. It's a homage to the innovative spirit of Andy Warhol's soup cans, John Baldessari's introspective 'What is Painting?', René Magritte's iconic pipe, and Joseph Kosuth's conceptual chair, among other landmark works. It's a reflection on the "Ways of Seeing" in the age of AI.

Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork? What distances exist among humanity, nature, and technology? When you think of sheep, what comes to mind? Is it the amnesiac act of counting them, or perhaps Dolly, the cloned sheep? Do you see them as symbols of innocence, as sacrifices in religious rituals, or as indicators of economic wealth? Maybe it’s the wool they provide, the idioms they inspire, their presence in festivals and celebrations, their portrayal as followers in "Animal Farm," or their embodiment of righteousness, sincerity, and gentleness in the Chinese Zodiac. Now, consider the possibility of a flying sheep. What new dimensions does this add to your perceptions?

These pieces reflect on well-being and the human condition amidst the digital transformation of our social interactions and artistic expressions. "Permanent Rose_3" explores the emotional distances within relationships, while "Museum of Prompt_2" examines the gap between the artist and the art. Each work delves into how we navigate these spaces and what they reveal about our contemporary lives.
Museum of Prompt_6 AI Art, Created by AI (Midjourney & Magnific AI).
Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork?
I am drawn to the imperfect interplay with ambiguous prompts, a fascination that birthed "Museum of Prompt_6". In this piece, I challenge: "Depict the face of a memory that has yet to occur." The application of glitchy text over the visual output not only pays homage to the groundbreaking aesthetics of Andy Warhol, John Baldessari, René Magritte, and Joseph Kosuth, but also interrogates the nature of creation itself. This method—placing text atop the generated visual—serves as a new creative language. It questions both the mechanics of creation and the interpretive process of the viewer, probing the depths of how we perceive and what we perceive as art.

The colors represent variedness in this world - everyone is the same yet different, but you can find someone like you! Dot it! Dot and dots everywhere. Stars in the sky, humans on land, pores on skin, spots on a ladybug - they are everywhere. They dance to tell us a story. A dot is the start and is the end. Adam Neuba
Artist Bio
Adam Neuba is a natural scientist, self-taught photographer, and artist. Adam was born in Poland and moved to Germany with his family in 1988 at the age of 10. After his school education he studied and graduated in chemistry at the University of Paderborn, where he currently works. More than ten years ago he started to devote himself intensively to photography, and over time he discovered his passion for artistic close-up and macro photography. Adam's artistic style and photographic sensibility have emerged from his inquisitive and explorative creative process. His aesthetically minimalist compositions are characterized by fascinating perspectives and play of light in which elements of nature and man-made technology merge into a unique entity. Numerous of his pictures have been awarded international photo prizes in recent years. He lives in Paderborn with his wife and three children.
Artist Statement
The artist and scientist in me are inseparably interwoven. Many aspects from both worlds are united in photography and enable me to take an alternative view of the world and to produce new links among elements of a scene. For many years, my principal task as an experimental chemist was virtually a passion: developing and producing novel, complex connections at the molecular level. In photography, I create fictitious, minimalist compositions using elements from nature and man-made technology. The two are united by an important aspect of my personality: the drive to creatively develop new things and realize them as tangible, visual objects comes from within me.
In the focus of my works are small creatures or non-living subjects from nature, which are brought together with industrially produced elements. I try to present this ‘nature versus technology’ contrast to the beholder and dissolve it photographically at the same time, so that the ultimate result of every composition is an aesthetically harmonious unity. To achieve this I use mainly the structures, shapes and colour of the selected elements which, in combining perspective, the right light, plus a minimalist presentation, yield an emotionally engaging overall piece. The clarity and order of the subjects with defined lines and shapes often play a special role in the process. And yet the actual picture (the photograph) represents merely the first step of the artistic work. Only in a second step do I apply targeted digital post-editing in order to generate the final shape of my artistic photographic vision of the piece. The adjustments in the area of light, shadow and contrast are consistently aimed at lending the work my personal way of seeing, as well as at amplifying the desired impact on the behold er. This step enables me as an artist to find full expression creatively and freely, completely independently of the practical limitations that sometimes come to bear in the real world of close-up photography.
My intention, with my pictures, is to sweep the beholder into a macroworld beyond everyday experience, in which nature and technology created by humans work together in an unconventional way. With every image the beholder steps into a visionary space, in which a short story about a living being from our engineered environment is told and where, in the end, the two worlds merge into a unique entity. During this process, images arise which possess an aesthetic and a manner of expression of a novel kind, and thereby enable the beholder to partake in a novel emotional experience. However, the works are not only intended to be aesthetic, but they also have a cognitive aspect – they aid better understanding of the coexistence of nature and technology and demonstrate that the two worlds inseparably hang onto each other in a symbiotic relationship, complementing and mutually influencing each other.

Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork?
This project was born out of my complex emotional state. The only place where I felt at peace was the forest. I walked among the trees and reflected on this fantastic world of mighty branches and wanted to show how I felt about it. An invisible thread of support emanated from them, and I began to think about how similar our organisms actually are. My lungs mimic the pattern of tree branches and breathe thanks to them. At some point, I found myself in a world of my fantasies about our connection and the magic of the forest. Images were born in my mind that I tried to convey through photography using multiple exposure. This magical world healed me and perhaps it will help someone else as well.
Anastasia Dutova
Artist Bio
Anastasia Dutova (1983), French-Russian photographer who has lived in the Geneva area for many years. She was born in Saint Petersburg into a family of artists and was surrounded by creativity and art from childhood. Her goal goes beyond mere physical depiction, aiming to reveal the unexplored beauty of the human soul, which she tries to convey in her photographs. Her vision is focused on finding the potential inherent in every person, and she strives to add a touch of magic and creativity, often unnoticed in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Anastasia's work was greatly influenced by such artists as Vrubel, Marc Chagall, Van Gogh, Gauguin, the Pre-Raphaelites and Impressionists, as well as the films of Pedro Almodóvar. This fusion of inspirations manifests itself in her distinctive style, where each image becomes an emotional and artistic exploration.
Anastasia graduated from RGUTIS (Moscow) with a master's degree in fashion design and photography in 2010 and since then has continued to work on personal projects and collaborate with brands, companies and personal orders. She finds her passion in fine art photography, focusing on the artistic images associated with the subjects in her sessions. Anastasia strives to show images through artistic techniques, using color, light and composition as brushes to create breathtaking paintings. Her style is characterized by a combination of colors, shapes, mixing textures using multiple exposures, the use of natural and artificial light, as well as the deliberate exaggeration of individual details or color accents.
Artist Statement
For me, creativity is a way of communicating with the world. I don't really like to talk, but I mostly communicate through images that arise in my mind. It's a perspective on the connection between nature, the universe, and humans. Reflections on personal development, emotional intelligence, and spirituality. Reflections on what is happening in the World. I am inspired by works of painting, Impressionism, abstraction, Fauvism, so I often usetechniques such as multiple exposure, long exposure, play with light and color, use prisms, and in general, I love experimenting with artistic techniques in photography. I would really like to bring a little more beauty into this world through my art, and for me, beauty is closely connected to a person's spirituality and inner world.

A samurai is one of the greatest warriors to have ever existed. For them, combat is a state of natural existence. They act without thinking and think before they act. The best way I can explain this is that sometimes you have a lot on your mind and you don't want to be bothered with gathering references or trying to develop an idea. Instead, you just go for it. This can be healthy – letting loose those suppressed thoughts, even if they are a bit chaotic and make no sense.

Web3 works are mostly done behind the screen. Tireless individuals spend extra hours to keep up with building, contributing and socializing, all for the better of the ecosystem. We rely on the fuel that propels us forward each day, often found in something as uncomplicated as hopium.
True story from my first art jobs on the NFT space. I started as an unknown artist in the space, hustling for jobs by doing fan-arts. I was then noticed and commissioned to make artworks and marketing graphics for several PFP projects. The pace was 24/7 and I burnt out many times but never gave up. The journey was tough but I have grown heaps as an artist in the space. I drew this work to share the nature of a digital nomad and artist in the ever changing web3 space.

This piece features three surreal figures with their faces obscured in the style of stardust, rendered in a surrealistic digital art style that evokes a sense of otherworldliness and mystery.
"Dust" explores the idea that, at our core, we are all composed of the same fundamental elements that make up the universe. By obscuring the figures' faces with stardust, the artwork suggests the universality and interconnectedness of all beings. The stardust symbolizes both our celestial origins and the fleeting, transient nature of life.

Long Exposure Photo. Part of a series "The Maze" A long exposure photo with a neon sign and a tube light attached to the train. This is a series of work mixing symbolism, color, and movement on subways to show a new perspective on art in the system
Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork?
My artwork draws inspiration from the vibrant and dynamic essence of New York City, particularly its underground subway system. The "Spread Love Project" revolves around capturing the raw, unfiltered energy of the city through long exposure photography. The subway, an essential artery of New York, serves as a backdrop to explore themes of movement, light, and urban life.
The "Spread Love Project" was inspired by the idea of using the subway's constant motion to create visual representations of love's power and energy. By attaching lights to the trains, I capture stunning light trails and natural ghost effects, turning everyday commutes into illuminated art pieces that reflect the vibrant, interconnected lives of New Yorkers.
Tyler Jordan
Artist Bio
My name is Tyler Jordan, but people often refer to me as C.A.N.V.A.S. (“Creating A New View Around Society”), which is more than my business, it’s an extension of who I am. I’m a proud Brooklynite, a self-taught photographer, and a fashion designer. My artwork mirrors the heartbeat of New York City (“NYC”) reflecting the grit, ambition, determination, and strength of a city that never back down during good and tough times. My photography illustrates that connection with a raw, unfiltered view into places and sites not seen on the glossy pages of a magazine. “The Maze” dives deep and exposes the intricate world of the NYC Subway System. This underground labyrinth serves as the arteries of this amazing city. The book is a visual exploration of the city’s complexity while reinforcing the integral role the subway plays in being the vessel from which millions of navigators use to explore every inch of this city. I captured the energy and vibrancy that pulses through the subway system by illuminating not only the stations and tunnels, but also the unique neighborhoods it serves. “The Maze” invites you to uncover the hidden treasures and stories within the subway. It is a testament to the fact that even in a city as vast and complex as New York, you can always find your way.
Artist Statement
My name is Tyler Jordan and i’m a photographer and clothing designer based in New York City, my work is a celebration of urban life and the human stories within it. Over more than a decade, I have explored the city's complexities through various creative projects, each reflecting my deep connection to its energy, diversity, and resilience. My journey began with a decade-long career at the New York City Transit (MTA), where I developed a profound appreciation for the subway system. This experience has heavily influenced my photography, particularly in projects like the “Love in Transit and “On The Edge.” These series use long exposure techniques to transform the everyday movements of subway trains into mesmerizing light trails and ghostly images, capturing the unseen currents of emotion and connection in the city's arteries. My collaborations with artists like Al Diaz and brands such as Adidas and Forbes have expanded my artistic vision. As the Gallery Manager for DSGN Gallery in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, I oversee show proposals, gallery programming, and strategic partnerships, further embedding me in the city's vibrant art scene. My projects also include "The Maze," a photography book exploring the cultural and artistic significance of the subway, and the "Escape from New York Snapback," a handdistressed Yankee hat symbolizing resilience. My goal is to create works that resonate with people on a profound level, highlighting the extraordinary in the ordinary and fostering a deeper appreciation for the beauty of urban life.

Artist Bio
Tiago, known artistically as Paradigmstories, is an artist whose work springs from an intrinsic need to fill the white canvas with surrealistic stories in black and white. His creations are rooted in a blend of concepts and references, expressed through creative metaphorical freedom. Growing up in the Portuguese countryside, Tiago was surrounded by artistic influences from an early age. His father, a painter, and his uncle, a musician inspired by Bob Dylan, instilled in him a revolutionary spirit and a desire to bring order to the chaos he creates. This fascination with fractals and chaos theory is evident in his intricate works. Tiago's distinctive style emerged two decades ago, developed alongside a group of artist friends through "cadavre exquis" sketches. As life progressed and his friends moved on,
Tiago continued this collaborative spirit on his own, shaping his unique artistic voice. Influenced by conceptual artists like Jasper Johns and Duchamp, as well as surrealists such as Dali and M.C. Escher, Tiago has woven these inspirations into his own paradigm of art. For several years, Tiago focused on charcoal portraits, until a significant shift occurred in 2015. Facing unexpected life changes, he turned to his drawings as a form of escape, reigniting his passion for creating the paradigms he is known for today. This period also marked the beginning of new relationships with collectors and a career in photography, videography, graphic design, and cycling apparel design. Meeting his fiancée, an art restorer, further enriched his artistic journey, leading him to produce works for the sheer joy of creation. Tiago is particularly interested in the interplay between perspectives and storytelling through visual art. Recurring elements in his work, such as chess motifs, carry multiple meanings and reflect his personal history as a chess player.
Through his art, Tiago invites viewers to lose themselves in the intricate details and layered narratives, offering a momentary escape from everyday life and a space for personal interpretation and enjoyment.
Artist Statement
As an artist working primarily with pen and pencil on paper, my practice revolves around the exploration and fusion of varied themes and concepts. Whether I'm creating portraits that delve into the paradigms of the individuals portrayed or pieces that weave together multiple concepts, my work is a continuous journey of discovery and reinterpretation. Inspiration for my work comes from an ever-expanding array of sources. I strive to avoid a single path, instead seeking a broad spectrum of experiences and references to ensure my art remains dynamic and evolving. This approach prevents me from becoming anchored to repetitive subjects and allows for a constant renewal of creativity. providing a structured base from which spontaneous ideas can emerge. This balance of discipline and improvisation enables me to craft pieces that are both precise and alive with creative energy.
I aim for my audience to lose themselves in my work, building their own narratives and understanding. I hope that for a moment, they can forget their daily concerns and simply enjoy the intricate details and layered meanings within my art. Some pieces carry specific messages or goals, while others are purely explorations of form and perspective, each contributing to a broader dialogue with the viewer. Ultimately, my art is about inviting viewers into a space where they can engage deeply, think freely, and experience a unique blend of structure and spontaneity.

Laura Diaferio
Artist Bio
I am originally from Italy, but years ago I moved to London with my husband and my daughter. Although I studied Psychology at University, Art has always been part of my life. My parents studied Art and used to paint and draw during my childhood, involving me. They also took me to Art Galleries and Exhibitions, letting me have great experiences and making me love Art.
Psychological studies helped me to work on myself, giving me the basis for trying to recognize my emotions and feelings. Later, I have used this knowledge and I am currently trying to express and materialise it into art. Even though I have always loved art, I felt to paint only in the last years, starting my own practice in studio. I am more into painting than other forms of art, even if I also like drawing and sculpturing. I love experimenting with various medium and materials on different surfaces. Over the last years I took part to some Exhibitions in London, Athens and Italy.
I am also working on a joint project in collaboration with another Italian artist, our partnership is called Lad’Art. It is focused on making art, mostly painting on canvas, out of recycled materials, such as plastics, packaging, pieces of devices etc. The idea tracks its origin by the waste emergency, which is nowadays a real and alarming fact. We decided to kick off and develop our own recycling activity by transforming our waste into a resource, into an artistic creation. We took part to Exhibitions in London, Warsaw and Italy.
Artist Statement
I am a self-taught Italian artist, raised in an artistic environment by parents who painted, drew, and wrote. Despite this, I chose to study Psychology at university. A few years ago, I felt drawn to painting, starting with oil and tempera on canvas. Over time, I began exploring other mediums, like acrylic gesso, ink, charcoal, watercolour, and unconventional materials such as sand, sticks, and plastic. This experimentation led me to create highly textured, three-dimensional works using a variety of color palettes and tools, including knives, brushes, and my hands.
My work is influenced by Abstraction, Expressionism, Cubism, and Surrealism, and I focus on the powerful connection between art and psychology. Art allows us to explore emotions and the unconscious, acting as a form of self-study. My art is a continuous search to express my dreams, inner perceptions, and fantasies—an attempt to uncover something hidden within and connect with the deeper layers of my psyche.
Recently, I've become fascinated with the human body, exploring how we live in and perceive it. Initially inspired by prehistoric female statues, and later by Schiele and Dali, I focus on drawing feminine figures, capturing their emotions through movement.

Aura Delamotte Barrera
Artist Bio
Aura Delamotte Barrera, Born in 1995, is a Colombian multidisciplinary artist based in France. In early ages, Aura showed a distinctly inclination on art and different disciplines as visual to performing arts. Later, all her practices converged when she moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina to develop her career as an Art Director.
Throughout the years she focused on Expressionism painting and Portraiture, resonating with her draftsmanship skills and creative thinking. She pursues an intuitive and authentic feeling in her latest works which are characterized by complex layers of broken forms and symbolism. She settled on fast mediums as a tool to resolve chaotic ideas, angst-ridden feelings and past experiences to generate her paintings with a unique voice. Limited color palette, hard shapes and brokenness are inherent themes in her work.
In her Art Direction studies she has worked and won awards on short films in Argentina and as a freelancer on film and design projects in Colombia. Aura has been working privately for years, discovering a new life, traveling, healing, producing in silence and now she is determined to show what she has grown as a creator, her divergent being cannot always be private in the shadow of the world.
Artist Statement
My paintings are a mix of broken shapes and shapes into words. I use a limited palette color, I make marks that find authenticity in, following a broken pattern like a broken vase, a map, a road. I like the power of brushstrokes and how they build and compose new stories that talk through, I treat my paintings as treasures where to find an underground kingdom of desires, healing, life. The reflection of my work is usually from experiences, metaphors, motherhood or ideas with an emotional response. I collect words, new vocabulary or descriptions, I break them into syllables to find new feelings or meanings to me at that instant, then I arrange layers of color and I let them flow together. I put emphasis on the canvas as my template for chaotic ideation.

SLART
Artist Bio Links
SLART (Steven Light) is a figurative expressionist artist who works and lives in Swindon, UK. At the age of eight, he discovered that he had been adopted by his grandparents, which set him on a journey of introspection and connection with his biological father and siblings. He has loved drawing since early childhood, spending many hours alone, drawing images from cartoons and animal books. He remains drawn to creating human-centric art, fascinated by the diversity of people, their stories, problems, issues, baggage, quirks, and personalities.
SLART is also a professional muralist with multiple commissioned outdoor pieces to his credit. SLART has produced a sizable body of work since 2021 and has been part of group exhibitions in the UK and Germany, as well as two well-received UK solo exhibits, averaging five shows a year since 2021.
Artist Statement
I am a self-taught figurative expressionist who rediscovered my passion for drawing and painting at 37, two decades after my last formal art class. Through my art, I reveal and disarm human issues. I intertwine memento mori and spiritual themes with influences from the 1980s and 1990s pop culture I grew up in.
Since struggling with crippling shyness as a child and young adult, I have been an avid non-fiction reader and attended numerous courses to help me feel better. Once I got to a certain stage in my life as a happy introvert, I embarked on an esoteric journey, taking me to the philosophy of memento mori. I listen to spiritual podcasts and interviews frequently, when I paint, when I walk and sometimes when I sleep. Experiencing chronic illness has pushed me close to death and expressing this through my art has been the only way to make sense of it. Nostalgia is also a driving force when I create art, listening to music from my ’80s and ’90s childhood gives me great gusto to paint.
My primary media are oils or acrylic on large canvases. I paint freely, often starting with a reference photo and a rough concept, allowing it to unfold as I work.
Jean Dubuffet, David Shrigley and Keith Haring are my three primary artistic influences. Dubuffet teaches me to play by my own rules, reassuring me that it’s never too late to become a successful, professional artist in my own right. Shrigley endows me with humour, authenticity and the confidence to stick to my own style. Haring ignites my love for street art, large murals and making art accessible.

In this piece, I metaphorically step into the ring with Picasso, akin to two heavyweight boxers poised for a bout, capturing both a confrontation and a profound mutual respect. This confrontation isn't just about rivalry; it's an intimate moment of mutual admiration, where I find myself not only challenging him but also deeply connecting with him through our gaze. It’s as if our eyes lock in a silent conversation, filled with unspoken words and emotions. Picasso once proclaimed, "Everything you can imagine is real." In this artwork, that quote breathes life into the surreal encounter with him—it feels as though he is truly before me, his presence as tangible as any real person’s. This speaks to the heart of Picasso’s belief in the boundless possibilities of the imagination, a central theme in my work. This piece aims to show a different side of the artist's persona: one that is nurturing, introspective, and capable of humour. It invites the viewer to see the lighter side of self-reflection and the strength in vulnerability, all while engaging in a visual dialogue that blurs the lines between the imagined and the real.
Subterranean Souls: Portraits of London's Queer Underground
Analogue Photography
Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork?
In the dimly lit corridors of London's underground, where beats reverberate through the air and bodies move in uninhibited rhythm, I seek to capture moments of raw emotion, defiance, and uninhibited joy. My work aims to illuminate the vibrant and diverse community of queer, non-binary individuals within London's underground art nightclub scene. Each portrait is a testament to the courage it takes to exist boldly in a world that often seeks to confine and categorise. These portraits are not just snapshots of individuals; they are windows into a subculture that thrives on the principles of acceptance, solidarity, and unapologetic self-love.

Artist Statement
I’m fascinated by the lives of the unconventional individuals who exist beyond the boundaries of societal norms and constraints. Through projects like “Subterranean Souls: Portraits of London's Queer Underground”, “The Real Generation” and “Stay Wild, Moonchild”, I seek to celebrate their authenticity, resilience, and unapologetic selfexpression.
I’m also drawn to the raw, real, and underexposed side of metropolitan cities. In “Homeless Republic,” I captured the unpolished realities of Los Angeles, highlighting the beauty and resilience found within marginalised communities. “Paradise Divided” contrasts the luxurious tourist destinations of the Bahamas with the struggles of the local residents. Through these projects, I aim to emphasise the impactful stories that lie beneath the surface of urban landscapes.
I don’t see myself as a radical advocate for social issues; rather, I am an observer. The subjects in my work already speak for themselves — I simply document and present them to the world. Sometimes, the moments I capture don’t necessarily need to be complex or carry a specific meaning—they can be as simple as an abandoned piano in the wilderness, flowers blooming amidst garbage dumps, or a lazy orange cat seeking attention on a peaceful Sunday morning. These small moments naturally find their place in my visual diary. Being open and curious about what life presents, and recording it authentically is, what visual storytelling means to me.

Capanna the beautiful Pure photography with PTGui and slight Adobe Lightroom postprocessing.
Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork?
Capanna" is the Italian word for "tent." It describes the shape of the hollow trunk of this very old olive tree, a marvelous work of art by nature, carefully preserved and maintained by human hands.
About 4,000 years ago, people began deliberately cultivating and refining olive trees. They started establishing olive groves and caring for the trees. A culture grew around these trees, and they were passed down from generation to generation. Imagine this: There are some ancient olive trees still living today that may have been planted around 3,500 years ago, and they have been continuously harvested and cared for by humans throughout this incredibly long period. During this time, civilizations and empires have emerged and vanished. We are talking about a period spanning approximately one hundred human generations! Though there may have been brief disruptions due to wars or pandemics, the bond between humans and these trees has always 'recovered' and endured. The relationship to a single long-living organism over a hundred generations is an absolutely unique achievement of the Mediterranean cultures. Unfortunately, it is underrated and far too little known. This remarkable culture of olive trees, nurtured over so many generations, fascinated me to such an extent that I dedicated a long-term photography project to it.
RalfenStein
Artist Bio
RalfenStein's artistic journey spans over four decades, encompassing a broad spectrum of media, from surrealistic paintings in the 1970s to innovative digital art and diverse physical mediums today. He began exploring digital art in the late 1980s, leading to the introduction of his first digital art series, "Complex Compositions," in the early 1990s. Over the years, his artwork has been showcased in numerous exhibitions, including solo shows at the Düsseldorf office of Sun Microsystems and the B.A.T. Gallery in Bayreuth.
Today, his creative endeavors extend beyond digital art to ceramics, wood, stone, bronze sculptures, and photography. The largest portion of his photographic work is his long-term project documenting ancient olive trees in Apulia, Italy. In 2014, he first encountered ancient olive trees in Apulia. Since then, he has made many trips to Italy, always in the spring and autumn seasons when the morning and evening light is most beautiful in the region. He is fascinated by the idea that some of these trees may have been planted long before the Roman Empire and are still alive today. Although there may not be much left of the original tree from those times, its DNA lives on in ever-new roots and many regrown and decayed trunks maintained by human hands, delivering a rich harvest of healthy olives every year—a cycle that has lasted for more than a hundred human generations.

Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork?
Looking up inside the hollow Capanna, we see that the trunk largely consists of individual segments, only partially connected, each supplying its own branches with water and nutrients
Practically all older olive trees are hollow inside. The trunks of large and very old trees often have enough space for several people. Each tree looks different when viewed from the inside, looking up at the canopy. The trunks of olive trees are all more or less twisted. Altogether, this unique perspective is so fascinating that I can never resist photographing it, even though it requires many individual shots and faces difficult lighting conditions with extreme contrast between the dark interior and the brightly lit exterior. .

A storm was approaching, twisting and shaking the remains of centuries-old olive trees, performing a ballet they have danced so many times before. The lighting from the approaching storm and the motion of the trees created a surreal scene. Shortly after taking the pictures, a real downpour started, and I was completely soaked.

During an April visit to Apulia, I came across a beautiful ancient olive tree. An adjacent harvested field was overgrown with poppies in full bloom—a dream for a photographer. While I stood admiring this obviously very old tree and enjoying the sight, two local walkers passed by. We struck up a conversation, and they told me that the tree has been estimated to be around three thousand years old.

The trunks of most olive trees are twisted, as if they are spiraling into the sky. This twisted structure is still evident even when the trunk largely decayed and consists of only a few strands. Looking with the eyes of a sculptor I love the twisting dynamics and the rich texture of the old wood.

All my digital works today are created using a hybrid technique that combines Midjourney AI, Photoshop, and Topaz Gigapixel. I mold inputs from initial hand paintings, sketches, and previous AI outputs. Through many iterative cycles, I apply the creative principles of evolution—crossover, selection, and/or mutation—to evolve the images until I am pleased with the result.
Whats the inspiration / story associated with the artwork?
My style is rooted in classical modernism and African art, and the themes of my work derive from my inner search for my 'Self'. Each new image represents an exciting journey into uncharted territory. I draw inspiration from various situations. Often, it happens while scanning through old, previously discarded AI-generated images. With the passage of time, I see their potential in a new light and start using them for a new project, which I evolve over several iterations to achieve the desired appearance.

RalfenStein's artistic journey spans over four decades, encompassing a broad spectrum of media, from surrealistic paintings in the 1970s to innovative digital art and diverse physical mediums today. His exploration of digital art began in the late 1980s, leading to the introduction of his first digital art series, "Complex Compositions," in the early 1990s. Utilizing a custom program system he developed, RalfenStein's work with recursive algorithms and a math interpreter set him apart in the digital art world.
A notable project includes documenting ancient olive trees in Apulia, Italy, which preceded his current focus on ceramics and abstract imagery through AI.
In RalfenStein's digital art process, manually created images or sketches are recombined with those generated by AI to form new works. This iterative process is repeated many times. Applying principles of selection, crossover, and mutation to the results of each iteration, his works evolve in a manner akin to natural evolution. By merging traditional artistic techniques with cutting-edge technology, he expands his creative possibilities while ensuring his unique signature remains intact. RalfenStein enlarges all AI-generated images to a high resolution of at least 12,000 pixels on the long side, ensuring high-quality large-format reproduction. In most cases, he manually post-processes his works with Photoshop to achieve the final touch and intended aesthetic.
His artistic inspiration is deeply rooted in an inner quest to understand and connect with the core of his 'Self.' This introspective journey fuels his creativity. The images created through working with AI are both fascinating and profoundly unsettling for him, as they blur the line between human and machine influences. RalfenStein views AI as an advanced tool that accelerates and supports human-driven creative endeavors, often expanding the horizon for unconventional solutions but also presenting unsettling potential for misuse.
In a world where the debate over AI's role in art is intensifying, RalfenStein's perspective is clear: AI, still lacking consciousness, cannot initiate creative processes on its own but serves as an extraordinary tool for artists. Just as photography allows you to capture and preserve images of a scene at a specific moment, AI now enables you to easily visualize pictorial visions and ideas. He draws parallels with historical and contemporary artists like Rembrandt and Jeff Koons, who often acted as the creative core of their works, adding final touches to pieces largely crafted by their teams.
The term 'reality' holds a very relative meaning for RalfenStein. Each of our brains creates its own unique image of the external world, which we all too easily mistake for THE REALITY. He wants viewers to find their own interpretations of his works without being influenced by titles. This approach fosters an emotional rather than rational engagement with his art, similar to experiencing a piece of music. He aims to encourage 'slow looking' or 'slow art' to deepen the viewer's connection.
RalfenStein's art is a testament to the seamless blend of emotion, innovation, and authenticity, inviting viewers to embark on their own journey of self-discovery and creative exploration.
For an organized overview, the titles of works are listed in a directory separate from the artworks themselves, preserving the viewer's freedom to interpret without bias:
**Title Directory:**
- AI032-244: A Hot Summer Night's Dream
- AI052-023: Tranquility and Surging Emotions
- AI064-005: Duality - the Tango Couple
- AI069-052: About the Challenge of a Calm Mind
- AI072-492: When Inner Peace Prevails
RalfenStein's artistic approach is a synthesis of deep introspection and advanced technological integration. His journey from traditional to digital mediums reflects a commitment to innovation while maintaining a unique personal touch. By employing AI in his creative process, he pushes the boundaries of what is possible in art, creating works that are both intellectually stimulating and emotionally engaging. His insistence on high-resolution outputs and manual post-processing underscores his dedication to quality and detail. Ultimately, RalfenStein's work challenges viewers to engage deeply and personally, advocating for a slower, more contemplative approach to art appreciation.

Ever felt overwhelmed by others' relentless demands? That's where this art begins. From requests to outright threats, the pressure to conform is all around us. It often starts simply, with "you must do this", or "this is your role" or "do this or else." Sound familiar? The words used to disguise the threats may vary, but the pattern remains. Comply or else! It's a web of control, from subtle coercion to overt manipulation. "Unreasonable Expectations" captures this struggle, encouraging us to break free from the expecations of others. It's a visual reminder that your desires and boundaries matter, inviting you to reclaim your autonomy and embrace a life guided by your aspirations not those of someone else.
