What Have I found -They have had a decline in sales - In 2017 loses were made of up to £10.9 million - They aren’t engaging enough with the consumer on social media - They are struggling to get customer loyalty due to other competitors - Collaborations in the past created huge success eg. Kate Moss - Little eort to contribute to sustainability

Recommendation Strategy -Improve social media engagement - The aesthetic of their instagram, create a theme that runs throughout their posts, making the instagram more visually pleasing - Influencer marketing - Make the brand more inclusive by adding plus size lines and expanding petite and tall - Create a section dedicated to sustainable fabrics that are aimed at a lower price point
