Global Health and Education Projects are a fully registered non-profit organization located in the United States of America. Our mission is to eliminate health disparities by addressing the non-medical factors that influence health outcomes, which are known as the Social Determinants of Health, which are the conditions in which people are born, grow, live, work and age. Evidence based practice suggests The Social Determinants of Health are strongly responsible for health disparities and are shaped by the distribution of money, power, and resources. The Global Health and Education Projects is in accordance with the definition of Social Determinants of Health, as set out by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
