TREATMENT OF INDUSTRIAL WASTE The implementation of ecologically clean technologies for the treatment of heavy industry waste is one of the key activities of ECOINDUSTRY. Existing methods of utilization do not always take into consideration the specific characteristics of a particular waste and do not provide maximum economic efficiency. Often, when it comes to waste utilization, the rational use of these waste products is overlooked. We suggest that ore-dressing and metallurgic enterprises utilize their production waste with maximum efficiency, by means of enrichment and treatment by various methods of briquetting.

ENVIRONMENT-PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY ENABLES: ● To avoid accumulation of hazardous waste of current production; ● To treat waste which has accumulated in landfills and slurry collectors, return them to the main technological process with maximum economic efficiency; ● To lower raw material costs (iron and steel scrap, iron-ore concentrate, coke, limestone etc.) due to treated waste; ● To diversify the costs of the enterprise concerning transportation and storage of waste; ● Minimize (stop) the negative impact of waste on the environment.


ENRICHMENT OF IRON-CONTAINING WASTE OF ORE-DRESSING COMPLEXES ECOINDUSTRY Environmental Technology GmbH offers a new eco-technology used for waste enrichment of metallurgic enterprises with the utilization of AQUAHAMMER® equipment and technology. This technology allows for the reduction of emissions and landfill waste and for the enrichment process intensification by 20%.



At the basis of the new technology lies complex research on the particle size, chemical and mineral composition of current waste of blast furnace and oxygen converter process production, mineralogical substantiation of production technology and their iron ore concentrate, the execution of comparative technological experiments, and choosing optimal enrichment technology for enrichment plants. DIRECT REDUCTION OF IRON FROM IRON AND ZINC CONTAINING WASTE OF METALLURGY ECOINDUSTRY Environmental Technology GmbH offers optimal integration of technology used for processing of small fraction waste and waste of gas processing of metallurgic production in order to obtain high quality iron-containing raw material with an iron content of ≥ 65,0%. Production line of direct reduction RHF is based on the process of solid-phase direct restoration. AN RHF COMPLEX IS COMPRISED OF THE FOLLOWING: • • • • • • •

Area for charge mixture preparation; Production of raw granules; Furnace (including hearth); Loading and unloading equipment; Systems of combustion and gas outlet; Systems of regeneration of outgoing warmth; System of capturing exhaust gases.



In the technology for charge mixture preparation of an RHF, ecotechnology is implemented in order to enrich waste of metallurgic enterprises using AQUAHAMMER® technology. ● A TECHNOLOGICAL SCHEME FOR THE TREATMENT OF SMALLFRACTION WASTE OF METALLURGIC PROCESSES IS CREATED BY MEANS OF ENRICHMENT AND GRANULATION OF WASTE OF BLAST FURNACES OF OXYGEN CONVERTER PLANTS AND DUST OF ELECTRIC-STEEL MAKING PLANTS. ● THE OBTAINED IRON-CARBON CONTAINING GRANULES (PELLETS OR BRIQUETTES) ARE SENT TO THE (ROTATING) HEARTH OF AN RHF. ● THE OBTAINED REDUCED IRON-CONTAINING GRANULES ARE USED IN THE FUTURE AS SUPPLEMENTS FOR CHARGE MIXTURE IN THE PRODUCTION OF CAST IRON.
