It’s undeniable that Snapchat’s various filters are one of the best things about social media today -- (not to mention, they’re often pretty flattering!) So, instead of simply adding a filter to your selfies this Halloween, why not recreate them in real life using makeup?! We looked to the incredible team of talented makeup artists at Blushington Beauty & Makeup Lounge to show us how to ‘get the look’ of some of our favorite filters right now -- they’re sharing the products you need to create clever, though ever so glamorous, costumes this season that are sure to thrill.

31) Prep and prime the skin and apply the foundation all over with a Beauty Blender.

2) Prime the eyes and use a soft matte brown shadow in the crease, a shimmery gold on the lid with a pop of champagne shimmer in the center and inner corner of eyes.

3) Line the top lids with a liquid or gel liner in black and extend out for a winged effect -- then, line the bottom waterline and lash line with a metallic gold, extending and connecting to the top black liner.

4) Add a strip lash and blend natural lashes in with mascara.

5) Softly fill in brows with a pencil.

6) Conceal under eye and any areas that need more coverage blending with your Beauty Blender.

7) Powder all over to set -- and bronze for color in the hollows of the cheek and perimeter of the face blending down into the neck. Highlight the high points of the face with a high shine liquid highlight and set with metallic gold pigment or shadow.

Apply a gold pigment to the lip mixed with a clear gloss as a binder.

Deer
Prep and prime the skin and apply foundation with a Beauty Blender.
Recommended products: stila Stay All day foundation or Ben NyeColor Cake Foundation in White, Becca Mineral Powder Foundation
Prime the eyes and use a medium matte brown eyeshadow in the crease extending out past the eye to create an elongated look. Pack on a light, bright shadow such as a true white or shimmery champagne on the lid. Line top lids with a black gel liner creating a winged effect. Make sure the inner corner extends inward beyond the natural eye. Line bottom waterline and lash line with a white pencil, dropping it down beyond the natural lash line to give the illusion of a larger eye. Smudge soft brown shadow at the base of the white and add lashes to the top and bottom.

3) Using a concealer four shades lighter than the foundation, conceal the under eyes, forehead, chin and down the bridge of the nose and blend into foundation. Set lightly with a translucent powder.

4) Bronze and contour the hollows of the cheek very generously with a deep matte bronzer. Then, apply bronzer to forehead, tip and sides of nose, chin and jawline blending down into neck.

5) Apply a deep brown lip color to the top lip and a nude lip color to the bottom lip.

Create a deer nose with a black kohl liner and apply large white dots to the sides of face and forehead.

Bunny
1) Start by prepping your skin and foundation. Avoid the under eye area since you’ll be adding concealer closer to the end of the look.
Recommended products: Becca Aqua Luminous Foundation, BeccaPerfect Skin Mineral Powders
2) Use a warm brown shadow for the lid and crease, and blend a pink shadow on the outer corners above the crease.
Recommended products: Jouer Long Wear Eye Brightening Primer, Girlactik Eyeshadow in Skin for crease, Jouer Mineral Powder Blush in Bougainvillea and Blossom for outer corners
3) Use a silver eye glitter for the lid and a white shadow under the eye.
Recommended products: Girlactik Pearl Base on lid topped with Sparkles in Silver
4) Add strip lashes on the top lid, individual lashes on the bottom lash line and finish it off with a top and bottom eyeliner.

5) Add concealer under the eye and any other areas that might need a little more coverage. Don’t forget to blend!

6) Set your makeup with a setting powder, adding bronzer if desired.
7) Glitter! Using a pink cosmetic glitter, add it to the tip of your nose. We used a different tone of pink glitter for the lips but you can use the same color glitter if desired. Apply a lightweight lip gloss or base - and tap on the glitter.

8) Finally, use a liquid eyeliner to create the whiskers.

Thermal
1) Start by prepping your skin and foundation. Avoid the under eye area since we’ll be adding concealer closer to the end of the look.

2) Use a warm brown eyeshadow for the crease and a black for the lid. Blend, to avoid any harsh lines.

3) Add strip lashes for a dramatic look.
Recommended product: Top lashes with stila Stay All Day Mascaratop and bottom
4) Add concealer under the eyes and any other areas that might need extra coverage.
For lips, use a black lipstick or use black eyeliner if you don’t own a black lipstick.
Recommended product: stila Onyx, dab stila Eyeshadow in Ebony
Using any silver metallic eyeshadow, start packing the product on the side of the face and areas where the light hits first. Continue using this technique with two other metallic colors, following one after the other. Blend in between with a clean brush.

7) Set your look with a setting spray.
