Dos and Don’ts:

DO mist a mixture of apple cider vinegar and water on hair and scalp after shampooing once a week. This is an effective way to deeply cleanse and purify your hair.

DO deep condition your hair but not as much during winter. Deep condition your hair every other week during spring and summer. Use a lighter hair conditioner for spring and summer seasons.

DO indulge your hair by treating it with oil mask. Warm up a cup of avocado, or nut oil then comb through your hair, put it in a ponytail then go for your workout. Afterward, shampoo out with a non-sulfate shampoo. If you have damaged hair do this once a week, but if you have healthy hair doing it once a month is enough.

Do go for simple or natural styling. Spring and summer embraces laidback hair styles. You can try on loose curls, high buns and braids, to mention a few. These styles are natural and easy to emulate. You won ’ t need to use hot hair tools a lot plus they are functional and refined so you can wear it from day to night.
