We are fully flexible and experienced in accommodating wedding ceremonies and receptions, whether you’d like to hire the whole Village Hall or an individual area for an intimate gathering; we will support you in making your day perfect right down to the very last detail. With simple, tasteful décor and welcoming atmosphere, the Hall is the perfect canvas to make your own. We’re delighted to offer you the freedom to design and plan the look and feel of your day, making weddings at Killearn a truly personal experience. Facilities Buchanan Lounge Our Buchanan Lounge is available for hire in the evening as part of our wedding packages. The bright and welcoming space is surrounded by large full length windows as well as a beautiful glass balcony looking out onto remarkable views of Loch Lomond and the Arrochar Hills. The balcony is a glorious setting for photographs of the bride and groom and can even be used for unique group photos of the full guest list from above! During the day, the area is operated by our in-house coffee shop, Three Sisters Bake. Find out more about Three Sisters Bake catering services via their website: www.threesistersbake.co.uk Killearn village is a close-knit community and offers a variety of event and wedding services including planning, accommodation, flower arrangements, bar and catering facilities and many other services. As we are based on the same site as Killearn Kirk (Church of Scotland), wedding ceremonies can be performed on site and we are happy to work together to host the wedding breakfast and reception celebration.
Lomond Hall
The largest of our function suites, the Lomond Hall, is an impressive space with floor to ceiling windows. From one side you can enjoy uninterrupted views across the Glebe to Loch Lomond and from the other the line of Campsies – a truly unique and unforgettable setting. The Lomond Hall can accommodate up to 140 guests for dining or 170 seated theatre style. We offer a full PA and lighting system, the hall is also equipped with a stage measuring 10 square metres which can be utilised or hidden, depending on preference. Also available is the use of The Endrick Room, a smaller location (35 square metres), easily accessed from the Lomond Hall which works as a dressing room, can be used for storage or, with direct access to the full commercial kitchen, is also perfect as a buffet area.
