Ribbon Cutting Held At Santa’ s Outback Barn The Mena/Polk County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony last Friday to welcome Santa to the community. Santa’s Outback Barn is located at the Historic KCS Depot and in lieu of a housewarming gift he asks that you bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate to Toys for Tots. The Outback Barn will be accepting gifts on Sat., Dec. 8; Sat., Dec. 15; and Sat., Dec. 22 from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. Santa’s Outback Barn is a project of the Mena/Polk County Chamber of Commerce, and is dedicated to Polk County Extension Agent Carla Vaught for her many years of service to the community.
