Ladycats Headed to Bogle & Favored to Take 4A State Championship

MRHS to Welcome New Surgeon in July
The Mena Ladycats were the No. 1 seed as they hosted the 4A State Tourney last week and most would agree, “It’s good to be home,” especially when the stakes are the State Championship! The Ladycats outscored their opponents 48-3 over five games in the district and regional tournaments and outscored two state tournament opponents 18-0 to qualify to play for the 4A State Championship on Friday, May 22 at 3:00 p.m. at Bogle Park on the campus of the University of Arkansas. The game will be available for viewing online at MyPulseNews.com beginning Saturday, May 23 at 5 p.m. to be compliant with Arkansas Athletics Association ruling in regards to State Championship games.
