Entries must be submitted by August 12. 3. Youth must present rabbits/cavies to the Judge at the show at 4:00 pm on Wednesday of the Fair. 4. Exhibitors must be bonafide members of 4-H, FFA, or FHA. 5. Rabbits/Cavies will be shown by breeds in accordance with the American Rabbit Breeders Assoc. or as listed at www.acbaonline.com 6. Rabbits/Cavies must be checked in with the Chairman by 6:00 pm on Tuesday of the Fair. 7. Rabbits/Cavies will be released from the Fair on Saturday night with all other livestock. Exhibitors must clear release with Chairman so that animals go home with the correct owner! Rabbits/Cavies left in the barn after 10:00 pm on Saturday night will be left at the owners risk as no Fair Association agent will be supervising the barn after that time. 8. Rabbits’ Care, Feed, & Water will be provided by management during the Fair; Cavy owners are responsible for Care, Feed & Water. 9. Rabbits/Cavies will be inspected by chairman upon arrival at the County Fair. Any animal that exhibits any sign of disease or parasite will be disqualified and removed from the fairgrounds to protect the health of others in the show. Be sure to check ears for earmites before you bring your animal to the fairgrounds. 10. Exhibitors are limited to one entry per class per breed and color. 11. Rabbits/Cavies will be awarded premium points with 3 points for 1st, 2 points for 2nd, and one point for 3rd. 12. Each exhibitor is responsible for removing and cleaning the ceramic crocks used with their animal during the Fair. Failure to comply may result in the loss of any prizes awarded at the Fair. 13. Entry form may be copied as needed.
