SOUTH SHORE HUB DO YOU LOVE WORKING FOR YOURSELF? ... BUT DON’T WANT TO WORK IN ISOLATION?

A gathering of south shore innovators, entrepreneurs, starters and progressive business people. Over 35 people gathering in the Mahone Bay Centre on May 22nd to explore the possibility of opening up a South Shore Hub. Inspired by the Hub Halifax and Hub global, Dave Thomson, Matt Hall and Tim Merry decided to invite others to join them in creating a hub in Mahone Bay.

NEXT STEPS Event - vision into action June 19th 7-8:30pm Mahone Bay Centre

Co-Working @ Eli’s Friday Mornings 9am -12pm Eli’s Cafe, Main Street, Mahone Bay

From the invitation:

In our experience there are many of us working in isolated pockets along the south shore who enjoy the freedom to run our own lives but miss the human connection, motivation, creativity and productivity that comes from working with others. We would like to find a way to connect us all

together so our independent passions and enterprises can thrive for the betterment of ourselves and our region. This may be a physical space for co-working, a series of idea jams for product development, social events, collaborative investment - the sky is the limit.
