PROFILE Tim Merry has over 12 years of experience locally and internationally supporting diverse stakeholders coming together to launch, sustain and grow innovative projects and initiatives. His work is rooted in the belief that if we create the right conditions people will organize together and solve their own challenges with surprising ease and effectiveness. He has extensive experience ranging from major international businesses and government agencies to local communities and regional collaboratives. Tim has worked with senior leaders, emerging leaders, line managers, front line staff, community leaders, youth, union representatives, indigenous elders and more, often all in the room at the same time. In recent years he has become skilled at leading projects in the public realm, responding to the media and being the visible lead who is articulating the passion and strategic clarity of the work. In all of his work he presents, designs and delivers participatory processes where the voices of those most affected are key to creating the systems, structures and services that meet their needs. He works where his passions, trustworthy people and participatory process meet. BUSINESS START UP // NON PROFIT // EMPLOYMENT BUSINESS START UP // FOUNDER 2011 - present" " "
