Welcome to Issue 23 of The Fountain

And so we go on. Predicti ons of a long and lonely winter for many are hopefully being counteracted by news of more reopenings. Special ways are being found to celebrate Christmas and the New Year, as well as generally bringing light into these dark ti mes.

In these pages you can read all about a recent big change at an important community shop, fi nd out how to have your say on plans for The Huntly Arms, and see just a small selecti on of the near 50 entries for the recent Aboyne Village Pumpkin Trail.
