The Deeside Stroke Group is delighted that exercise classes specifically for people affected by stroke and other neurological conditions have resumed face-to-face on Deeside. Stroke affects all ages, and our group reflects that. We are supported by the Stroke Association. We meet on Mondays at 10.30am in the Auld Kirk Hall. For details call Eric on 07442 502574. You will be made very welcome.
